Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 外筒２とこの外筒２との間に筒状のすきま３を
    有して挿入されて内部に処理室４を有する内筒５
    とで内外２重構造の高圧容器１が構成され、該高
    圧容器１における外筒２の上下端に、軸荷重を担
    持可能として上蓋６と下蓋７とがそれぞれ嵌合さ
    れ、前記すきま３に圧力媒体を供給する低圧用圧
    媒供給手段１６と前記処理室４に圧力媒体を供排
    する高圧用圧媒供排手段１７とが備えられている
    高圧容器装置において、 前記外筒２の上蓋６又は下蓋７とは独立して内
    筒５に高圧用シールパツキン８Ａ，９Ａを介して
    高圧用上蓋８又は下蓋９を嵌合しており、両上蓋
    ６，８または両下蓋７，９間には前記すきま３と
    連通されたすきま１０，１０Ａを有して流体支持
    圧を軸方向に作用可能としており、更に、高圧用
    上蓋８又は高圧用下蓋９の外側面近傍に、低圧側
    圧媒をシールするパツキン８Ｂ，９Ａを備えてい
    ることを特徴とする高圧容器装置。
