【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 回転軸上に一体回転可能に設けられたサンギア
と、該サンギアと噛合しキヤリアにより回転可能
に支持された複数のプラネタリギアと、該プラネ
タリギアと噛合しケースにスプライン嵌合して固
定されたリングギアを有する遊星歯車装置におい
て、 前記リングギアのスプライン歯に弾性材をコー
