り二次圧を設定された略一定値に維持するように

設けたねじ孔に前記ばね押えを押圧するねじ棒を
螺合するとともに、該ねじ棒と一体回転可能にか
つ摺動自由に嵌合する嵌合部を設けた筒形の調節
