Abstract

PURPOSE:To make the thickness of an intermediate layer 1 mm or less, and to prevent the generation of a crack and insufficient flexibility even at the time of leaving as it is for a prolonged term by forming the mixed thin layer of decorative soil powder for pottery and a plastic group binder onto the surface of a woven fabric made of glass fiber. CONSTITUTION:When flaky glass fragments which may be changed into a glass ceramic surface layer through baking are spread all over in forms and the sheet-shaped material is placed and a foamable ceramic base material is put on the sheet-shaped material and baked and unified, a ceramic decorative panel in which the glass ceramic surface layer, in which the glass fragments are melted and crystallized on the surfaces of inorganic foamed light-wieght bodies through a ceramic decorative intermediate layer in which decorative soil for pottery is melted and solidified, is unified in a layer shape is acquired. The decorative soil for pottery is used as the main raw material of the intermediate layer, the inorganic foamed light-weight bodies as a ceramic base are not sighted through through the glass ceramic surface layer, and the fine ceramic decorative intermediate layer is sighted through, thus manufacturing the decoratively excellent sheet-shaped material, the thinning the expensive glass ceramic surface layer.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION (Industrial Application Field) When manufacturing a ceramic decorative panel having a glass-ceramic surface layer, the present invention provides a ceramic base material that is interposed between a ceramic base material and a glass-ceramic surface layer material. A sheet-like material forming an intermediate layer of a ceramic decorative panel used to prevent contamination with a glass-ceramic surface layer material and to prevent the ceramic base from being seen through the glass-ceramic surface layer after firing, and a method for manufacturing the same. It is something.

(Prior technology) As an alternative architectural exterior material to tiles, Ceramotsuku decorative panels, which have a glass-ceramic surface layer integrated into a ceramic-based surface, have become popular. Since the glass-ceramic surface layer is integrated with the glass-ceramic surface layer, the ceramic base can be seen through the glass-ceramic ivy surface layer, and the decorative effect cannot be fully exhibited unless the glass-ceramic surface layer is made considerably thick. When attempting to reduce weight by adding a foaming agent to a ceramic base material, there was a problem that the foaming agent mixed into the glass-ceramic surface material, resulting in defective products with pinholes.
As seen in Publication No. 6335, a foamable ceramic base material and a glass-ceramic surface material are interposed with an intermediate layer made of a vitreous raw material containing less foaming agent than the ceramic base raw material, and then fired and integrated. Techniques have been proposed in which the ceramic base and the glass-ceramic surface layer are integrated properly and the above-mentioned problems can be solved. However, it has not been possible to completely solve the problem of glassy raw materials entering between the particles of the glass-ceramic surface layer material, and therefore it has not been possible to completely eliminate the occurrence of pinholes.

(The invention is intended to solve!! II! Riko) In order to solve this problem, the applicant first formed the intermediate layer into a sheet shape so that the blowing agent was mixed into the raw material for the glass-ceramic surface layer. Developed a manufacturing method that eliminated the need for sintering, and filed an application earlier as Special Patent No. 1-92720, but the earlier application was a mixture of ceramic clay powder, plastic emulsion, valve, and water as an intermediate layer. Since the material is formed into a sheet using the papermaking method, it is difficult to make the thickness of the intermediate layer less than 211I11, and the intermediate layer obtained in this way is not allowed to stand for a long period of time. Problems remain, such as cracks occurring due to drying, insufficient flexibility, and increased cost.

The sheet-like material forming the intermediate layer of the ceramic decorative panel, which is the first invention, is obtained by laying flaky glass fragments, which will become the surface layer of the glass ceramic by firing, in a mold, and then placing the sheet-like material thereon. When a foamable ceramic base material is placed on top of the material and fired and integrated, glass fragments are melted and crystallized through a ceramic decorative intermediate layer in which ceramic clay is melted and solidified on the surface of the inorganic foamed lightweight body. A ceramic decorative panel is obtained in which the glass-ceramic surface layer is integrally layered, but the main raw material of the intermediate layer is ceramic clay, and the ceramic-based lightweight inorganic foam can be seen through the glass-ceramic surface layer. What you can see through is the beautiful ceramic makeup intermediate layer, making it an excellent decorative product.
This means that the expensive glass ceramic surface layer can be made thinner.

Moreover, the sheet-like material forming the intermediate layer of such a ceramic decorative panel can be used in accordance with the second invention, that is, a thin layer of a mixture of ceramic decorative earth powder and a plastic binder is screened on the surface of a glass fiber woven fabric. It is obtained by printing by a printing method, and both the glass fiber woven fabric and the printed mixed thin layer have flexibility, so it can be made with a thickness of about 0.1 to IW and a large size. It does not break during handling, and as mentioned above, when placed on the glass fragments spread in the formwork, the ceramic dressing powder, which is the main material of the mixed thin layer, will be absorbed between the glass fragments. Therefore, even if you do not handle with care, there will be no pinholes, and the product yield is extremely high.It also has the effect of accurately integrating the glass ceramic surface layer and the ceramic base. After firing, the product has a clear interface between the glass ceramic surface layer, the intermediate layer, and the ceramic base, and has a high product value.

The cosmetic chemical components for ceramics used in the present invention are not particularly limited, but flaky frit is used as the glass fragments, and foamed silicon carbide or the like is used in natural glass powder and feldspar powder as the ceramic base material. When using an inorganic foamed lightweight material mixed with an additive, and interposing the sheet material of the first invention between the two to sinter and integrate them, use the powdered clay powder for ceramics.

After firing at ~1200°C for 4 to 12 hours, holding for 5 to 3 hours to sinter, cooling and surface polishing, a lightweight ceramic with a three-layer structure with a bulk specific gravity of 0.5 to 1.3 was obtained. A decorative panel was obtained. The product obtained in this way is
A glass-ceramic surface layer with no pinholes is firmly integrated with a lightweight ceramic base by a thin, white, evenly fused and solidified layer made of ceramic clay and glass fiber woven cloth, which are interposed between them. It has an astronomical stone-like appearance with a transparent surface layer, and has an excellent decorative effect even though the glass-ceramic surface layer is thin at about 2 meters. The weight was reduced by the amount of digitization.

(Effects of the Invention) As is clear from the above description, the present invention requires only the formation of a mixed thin layer mainly composed of ceramic clay powder on the surface of the glass fiber woven fabric. The thickness can be reduced to 1 m or less, and even if it is left for a long period of time, it will not cause cracks or become insufficiently flexible. Even if the thin mixed layer, which is the main material, is thinned to a thickness of about 0.1 to 0.5 m, it can be mass-produced evenly at low cost, and the glassy surface layer is integrated into the ceramic base to create a decorative effect. There are sheet-like materials that form the intermediate layer of ceramic decorative panels that are extremely effective in mass-producing superior, lightweight ceramic decorative panels with high product yields, and methods for producing the same that will greatly contribute to the development of the industry.
