Claims (1)
- ボビンの巻胴部に絶縁フイルムとコイル捲線と
が交互に巻かれて複数層のコイルが積層形成され
ている多層コイルにおいて、前記絶縁フイルムは
巻き終わり端部に前記巻胴部に巻き付くカールが
形成されており、当該絶縁フイルムの巻き始め端
側はコイル捲線の捲幅から外れた片側の端部位置
で下層側に溶着されており、巻き終わり端側はコ
イル捲線の巻幅から外れた片側の端部位置で下側
の絶縁フイルムに溶着されるとともに、その溶着
状態で残りのカール部分はボビンの巻胴部側に巻
き付いていることを特徴とする多層コイル。
