- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 真空容器内に、処理すべき原料液を受ける蒸
発面を備えたローターを有する遠心式真空蒸発装
置において、ローターの外周縁部に沿つてこのロ
ーターの外周縁部を囲む断面形状の残液回収用カ
バーを着脱可能に設けたことを特徴とする遠心式
真空蒸発装置。 ２ 残液回収用カバーが、ローターの外周縁部の
前面部分及び外周面部分に沿つて位置するカバー
本体と、ローターの裏面部への残液の付着を防止
する残液付着防止カバーとから成つている請求項
１に記載の遠心式真空蒸発装置。
