Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent development of rancidity due to backwashing and to efficiently backwash the filter by backwashing the filter for a fixed time prior to filtration only when the bathwater is transiently discharged, fresh water is supplied and the filter is initially operated. CONSTITUTION:The water in a bathtub 1 is circulated through the filter 5 by a pump P and purified. The bathwater is introduced into the filter 5 in the opposite direction to filtration in order to backwash the filter, and the waste backwashing water is discharged to the outside of the system. The water in the bathtub 1 is transiently discharged, fresh water is supplied into the bathtub 1, and then the filter is backwashed for a fixed time prior to filtration only in the initial filtration. Namely, even when the filter is backwashed with bathwater, the backwashing condition is controlled by the device itself, development of rancidity due to backwashing is prevented, and the filter is effectively backwashed.

<Prior Art and its Problems> In a device that purifies bathtub water by circulating it through a filter, a filtration tank accumulates in the filter as it is used, resulting in a decrease in performance. For this reason, devices that are capable of backwashing filters have conventionally been provided.

There is also a device that backwashes the filter using bath water. However, even in the above-mentioned backwashing, the filtration tank in the filter and the backwashed water cannot be completely discharged from the system, so especially when backwashing is performed using used bathtub water,
For example, if the device is left in the bathtub for one night after backwashing, bacteria will grow again in and around the filter, and when the filtration operation is restarted, the grown bacteria will flow into the bathtub and cause a bad odor. Ta.

Therefore, the present invention solves the above-mentioned drawbacks of the conventional technology, and even when backwashing a filter using bath water, the backwash operation conditions are managed by the device itself, thereby preventing the generation of bad odors due to backwashing. Another object of the present invention is to provide a bathtub water filtration device that can effectively backwash a filter.

<Means for Solving the Problems> In order to achieve the above object, the bathtub water filtration device of the present invention has the following features:
The bathtub water can be purified by circulating it through the filter using a pump, and the bathwater can be introduced into the filter in the opposite direction to the filter for backwashing, and the backwashed water can be discharged from the system. This is a bathtub water filtration device that drains the inside of the bathtub,
In addition, it is characterized in that it is configured to perform a backwash operation for a certain period of time prior to the filtration operation only during the first filtration operation after water is newly supplied.

Backwashing of the filter with bath water is carried out during the first filtration operation after the bath water has been replaced, and prior to the filtration operation, and the filtration operation is usually performed in conjunction with bubble bath operation or other bath water circulation operations. Therefore, backwashing is still performed using fresh, clean water or hot water. Moreover, backwashing is performed only once when the bathtub water is replaced and is clean. Therefore, the filter is backwashed with clean water and is thoroughly cleaned. In addition, since the filtration operation begins immediately after backwashing with clean water, bacteria will not grow during this time, and no bad odor will be introduced into the bathtub.

is provided. An air introduction pipe 3 is connected to the end of the circulation path 2 . 4 is an air introduction valve. When the pump P is driven and the air introduction pipe 3 is opened, foamy water is squirted into the bathtub 1. A filtration circuit 6 is connected to the 2JM loop 2 so that a portion of the bath water passing through the circulation path 2 is circulated to the filter 5. The filtration circuit 6 is provided with an auxiliary path 6a for backwashing and a drainage path 6b for discharging backwashed water to the outside of the system. The auxiliary channel 6a and the drainage channel 6b are connected to the filtration circuit 6 through a three-way valve V2. By switching the three-way valves V1 and V2, bath water flows through the filtration circuit 6 as shown by the solid arrow during filtration operation. In the case of backwashing the filter 5, the bath water flows through the filtering circuit 6 and the auxiliary channel 6a in the direction indicated by the dashed arrow, and is discharged from the system through the drain channel 6b.

An example of operation control will be described with reference to the control circuit shown in FIG. 2 and the time chart shown in FIG. 3. In FIG. 2, the water level detection switch 7 is activated when water (hot water) is supplied to the bathtub.
It turns on when the water level inside reaches the specified water level or higher. This ON causes relay coil R1 to be energized, and this energization causes relay contact R4 to R1! closes the contact. When the operation switch S is turned on with the relay contacts R11 and R12 closed, the backwash timer circuit 8 and the pump drive unit 9 start operating. In the backwash timer circuit 8, when the switch S is turned on, a built-in timer counts a certain period of time, and until the count expires, the three-way valves V and Vt are connected to the auxiliary channel 6as and the drain channel 6b, respectively. , a backwash flow path indicated by a dashed arrow is configured. When the count expires, the three-way valves v1 and V2 are connected to form a filtration channel indicated by a solid arrow. A reset signal is input to the backwash timer circuit 8 through the reset signal circuit 10 when the water level detection switch 7 is turned off. That is, once water is supplied to the bathtub 1 and the water level detection switch 7 is turned on, the timer of the backwash timer circuit 8 will not be reset until the next time the bathtub water is drained, thereby preventing a time-up condition. continue. That is, even if the operation switch S is turned on and off again, only the filtration operation is performed and no backwashing is performed.

Now, when hot water or water is newly supplied to the bathtub, when the water level reaches a specified level or higher, the water level switch 7 is turned on and the timer of the backwash timer circuit 8 is reset. When the operation switch S is turned on when the water level exceeds the specified level, the pump drive unit 9 is driven and bubble bath operation is started, and a portion of the VtI ring water flows through the filtration circuit 6 in the direction of the dashed arrow. Then, the filter 5 is backwashed, and the backwashed water is discharged from the drainage channel 6h. Since the filter 5 is backwashed with newly supplied clean bath water, it can be thoroughly cleaned. When the timer of the backwash timer circuit 8 times up,
The three-way valves v1 and v2 are switched, and the filter 5 performs a filtering operation. This filtering operation continues until the operation switch S is turned off. If the operating switch S is subsequently turned on without draining the bathtub water, the filtering operation is started at the same time as the operation switch S is turned on. When the bathtub water is drained, the water level detection switch 7 is turned off, and the timer of the backwash timer circuit 8 is reset. When water is supplied next time, the water level detection switch 7 is turned on again, and the relay contacts R11, R, and □ are turned on. Turn on,
When the operation switch S is turned on, backwashing is performed again.

<Effects> The present invention has the above configuration, and according to the bathtub water filtration device according to claim 1, only during the first filtration operation after water is newly supplied to the bathtub, the reverse operation for a certain period of time is performed prior to the filtration operation. A washing action is performed so that the filter can be backwashed with fresh, clean bath water. Moreover, since the filtration operation begins immediately after backwashing, there is no possibility that bacteria or the like will multiply during that time and destroy the effectiveness of backwashing. Of course, since backwashing cannot be done with used hot water, it is also possible to prevent the back side of the filter grates from getting dirty.
