B. Summary of the invention In a control panel with a telephone, a box body for housing the telephone is provided on the door surface plate of the control panel, and the box body has a small door that opens toward the inside of the door, so that the control panel can be operated normally. The telephone can be used with the panel door closed, and when the control panel door is opened to inspect or adjust the inside of the control panel, the small door can be opened toward the inside of the control panel. , the telephone can be used from inside the door of the control panel.

C. Conventional technology Most commonly used control panels with telephones have telephones mounted on the outside surface of the control panel door, but in this case, the telephone protrudes onto the door surface and is a nuisance. At the same time, the area for maintenance and inspection outside the panel, such as inspection passageways, will be narrowed. In order to solve these problems, a box is provided on the surface of the door of the control panel, and a telephone is provided inside the box. Generally, instruments and operating handles necessary for constant monitoring operations are mounted on the surface of the control panel door, but instruments and operating handle adjustment knobs, etc. necessary only for adjustment and inspection are mounted inside the panel. They often cannot be viewed, operated, or adjusted without opening them. Therefore, for example, if you try to make adjustments, operate, or monitor instruments while communicating by telephone with a central control room or field equipment that is located far away, you must open the control panel door and close the door. The handset of the telephone inside must be pulled in, but the length of the curled cord attached to ordinary telephones is not long enough, and this operation with the door open is quite difficult. There is also a door with a circular or rectangular window hole on which a wire mesh or the like is pasted so that a telephone can be attached to the back of the door and the ringing sound can be heard from outside. In this case, the telephone does not protrude above the surface of the door, and the door can be opened to perform inspection and adjustment operations inside the control panel while communicating with other locations by telephone. However, the phone is on the back of the door.
In other words, because it is installed inside the control panel, it is difficult to hear the ringer even though there is a window hole with wire mesh, and the door must be opened in order to use the telephone. However, if the control panel door also serves as a guidance shield, opening the door to use the telephone may cause malfunctions. Furthermore, there are also systems in which the control panel door is divided into an upper door and a lower door, a fixed panel is provided between the upper and lower doors with the necessary spacing for installing a telephone, and the telephone is mounted on the fixed panel. Not only does the telephone part stick out like when a telephone is mounted on the door surface of a control panel, but the control panel is divided into upper and lower sections by the fixed panel, and the back of the fixed panel is where electrical equipment installation wiring and maintenance inspections are carried out. This tends to be difficult, leading to a decline in the mounting efficiency and maintainability of electrical equipment. The same applies to devices in which a telephone is attached to the casing side of a control panel, and the part that avoids the telephone is covered with a door.

D. Problems that the invention aims to solve As mentioned above, in the conventional technology, when it is possible to talk on the phone with the control panel door closed during normal operation, it is difficult to open the control panel door and talk on the phone with other places. However, it was not possible to inspect and adjust the inside of the control panel.

Figure 1 is a front view of the control panel, where 1 is the door, 2 is the handle for opening and closing the door, 3 is the base, 4 is the telephone, 5 is the small door, and it is a box body with the front side open. It is attached from the back side, and a telephone 4 mounted and housed inside the box protrudes from the surface of the door 1 so as not to get in the way. Figure 2 shows door 1 opened 90 degrees.
This is a side view seen from a direction where the inside of the door is visible, showing a state in which the small door 5 is opened to the inside of the door 1. Reference numeral 6 latches the door 1 to the casing 7 of the control panel with a latch attached coaxially with the door opening/closing handle 2. 8 is a hinge for rotatably attaching the door 1 to the casing 7, and 9 is a window hole provided in the door 1, which is completely covered by the small door 5 when the small door 5 is closed. ing. Numeral 10 is a latch fixed to the small door 5, and 11 is a nylon latch attached to the latch 10. The latch 11 is inserted into an insertion hole (not shown) provided in a receiver 12 fixed to the door 1, and the small door 5 is closed. door 1

It is a rear view of the small door 5 as seen from the inside of the door 1.
5a is an edge provided on the edge of the small door 5 in contact with the back surface of the door 1, 13 is a hinge for rotatably attaching the small door 5 to the door 1, and 14 is a stopper where the small door 5 is approximately
It is designed to stop at the 90° open position. FIG. 4 is a sectional view taken from A to A in FIG. 2, and shows the open state of the small door 5 with a chain double-dashed line. 4a is a curl cord, and 15 is a permanent magnet piece attached to the stopper 14 to hold the small door 5 in the open position. 16 is a housing frame of the control panel, 17 is a side plate, and 18 is an internal frame fixed to the housing frame 16, into which an appropriate number of control units 19 are removably inserted.

Therefore, when the door 1 of the control panel is opened and the nylon latch 11 is pulled from the inside of the door 1, the latch 10 fixed to the small door 5 and the catch 12 fixed to the back side of the door 1 are released. The small door 5 can be opened to the inside of the door 1 by rotating around a hinge 13. Then, the small door 5 is closed by the permanent magnet piece 15 attached to the stopper 14.
can be kept in the open position and the telephone 4 can be used from inside the door 1. Also, by closing the small door 5 and locking it to the door 1 with the nylon latch 11, it can be returned to its original state.

H. Effects of the invention The control panel with a telephone of this invention allows the telephone to be used with the door closed during normal operation, so the door, side panels, and back panel also serve as shields to prevent induction disturbances. In such cases, the telephone can be used without compromising its function as a guiding shield. This eliminates the possibility of malfunctions caused by opening the door to use the telephone while driving, which is the case when the telephone cannot be used unless the door is opened.

In addition, when inspecting and adjusting the inside of the control panel by opening the control panel door, which is generally done by stopping the controlled equipment, open the small door where the telephone is attached to the inside of the control panel door. This makes it possible to efficiently perform tasks such as monitoring inspection and adjustment instruments while directly communicating with other locations.

In addition, the small door is a box with the front open.
Since the telephone is installed inside the box, there is no need for the telephone to protrude outside the door surface of the control panel and become a nuisance.
