おける受光素子の配置を示す図である。第２図は
この考案の一実施例の光学式変位計の電気的構成
を示す概略ブロツク図である。第３図は測定対象
物体の変位と割算器の出力との関係を示すグラフ
である。第４図はこの考案の背景となる光学式変
位計の投光部および受光部の概略構成を示す図で
ある。第５図、第６Ａ図、第６Ｂ図、第７図およ
び第８図は三角測距法による変位測定原理を説明
するための図である。第９図はこの考案の背景と
なる光学式変位計の電気的構成を示す概略ブロツ
ク図である。 図において、１０……発光素子、１２……コリ
メータレンズ、１４……測定対象物体、１６……
受光レンズ、１８……ＰＳＤ、２２および２４…
…プリアンプ、２８……割算器を示す。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 測定対象物体に光ビームを投射するための光投
    射手段と、 測定対象物体からの反射光を集束するための集
    束光学系と、 前記集束光学系によつて集光された光を受光す
    るための受光面を有しかつ該受光面における反射
    光の受光位置に対応した第１および第２の信号を
    出力する第１および第２の出力端を有する受光手
    段と、 前記受光手段の前記第１および第２の出力端か
    らの信号に基づいて、測定対象物体との距離また
    は距離の変化を演算する演算手段とを備えた光学
    式変位計において、 前記受光手段は、前記第１の出力端が前記集束
    光学系の主点を通り、かつ前記光投射手段からの
    光ビームの投射方向と平行な線上に位置するよう
    に配置され、 前記演算手段は、前記受光手段の第１の出力端
    からの出力を前記第２の出力端からの出力で除算
    する除算回路手段を含む、光学式変位計。
