、エアフローメータの出力に基づいて演算された
燃料噴射量が上記下限値より小さくなる状態とな
つたときに、この状態となる前のエンジン回転数
に応じ、このエンジン回転数が設定回転数より低
ければ燃料噴射を停止させ、設定回転数より高け
れば上記下限値を燃料噴射量として燃料噴射を行
なわせる燃料供給規制手段とを備えたことを特徴
