Claims (1)
し、流体の静圧又は動圧により固定軸に回転自在
に支承された回転軸とこの回転軸に搭載したミラ
とを筐体内に収納してなる光偏向器において、前
記回転軸の上端とこれに対向する筐体面とに相反
発する極性の磁石を設けたことを特徴とする流体
