要求される。(Conventional technology and problems) Most conventional PTP sheets use polyvinyl chloride to form storage recesses, store tablets or capsules in these recesses, and place them on one side of metal foil such as aluminum foil. A sealed vinyl-coated laminate is used. These sheets made of polyvinyl chloride have excellent mechanical suitability for PTP filling machines, good formability, and are considered to be passable films in terms of gas impermeability, and are widely used as general PTP packaging materials. However, it cannot be said that it has extremely high barrier properties in terms of gas and liquid permeability, and only a small amount of moisture absorption and gas (O 2 ,
When storing preparations such as vitamins and antibiotics, which can impair quality stability due to absorption of N 2 , CO 2 ), more complete moisture-proofing and gas-proofing measures are required.

In addition to requiring time and effort in terms of workability, such as the need to provide a filling mechanism to fill the sheet together with the sheet,
The packaging is also not aesthetically pleasing as the desiccant moves irregularly within the bag.

By providing this section, a collective unit of PTP sheet packaging is provided which is extremely rational as a packaging form.

質を保持するものである。 That is, in the present invention, an acetate film is laminated and covered with a relatively moisture-proof and gas-impermeable film except for a part thereof, and a storage part for a drug quality preservation agent is provided in the acetate film part of the film. In addition to forming drug storage areas in the laminated coating, each of these storage areas contained a quality preservation agent and a drug, and these were hermetically sealed using a lid sheet made of vinyl coated metal foil such as aluminum foil. This is related to the aggregate unit of quality preservation agent and drug in PTP packaging, and when it is shipped from the production factory to outside, or it is delivered to the patient etc. in the aggregate unit from the large package sent from the factory at the hospital etc. In some cases, it is necessary to use secondary packaging,
When packaged in a secondary package, quality preservation agents such as desiccants and oxygen absorbers in the quality preservation agent storage section absorb moisture and oxygen present in the secondary package and drug storage section, and the PTP sheet packaging It maintains the quality of the drug as a collective unit.

This prevents moisture from entering from the outside, thereby further improving the stability of the quality of the stored medicine 6.

Since it is a series of aggregated units wrapped in PTP sheets, by secondary packaging it, the quality of the primary packaged drug in the secondary packaging is well maintained, and this aggregated unit is also used in its manufacture. In this case, the acetate film that constitutes the laminated covering part and the relatively moisture-proof and gas-impermeable film have almost the same molding temperature range, so the storage part can be easily formed under the same molding conditions. In addition, it is easy to manufacture because it can be manufactured using the same PTP filling machine system used for pharmaceuticals such as tablets and capsules. Compared to conventional PTP sheet packaging for pharmaceuticals, where the quality preservation agent is separated and packaged separately, the work process can be omitted, and quality can be maintained even as a secondary packaging. Since the packaging part of the agent is not separated, the overall appearance can be improved.
