The present invention relates to a vinyl chloride resin composition suitable for food packaging, and more particularly to a vinyl chloride resin composition suitable for molding vinyl chloride stretch films for food packaging. Due to its excellent transparency, flexibility, gas barrier properties, food preservability, and packaging suitability, vinyl chloride stretch film has recently been used in large quantities in supermarkets as a film for packaging foods such as meat, fresh fish, fruits and vegetables, and delicatessen dishes. It is used. When manufacturing this vinyl chloride stretch film, a relatively large amount of epoxidized vegetable oil such as epoxidized soybean oil is used. There were problems with long-run performance due to the curing phenomenon of the compound, which caused stains on the dice and burns on the product. Furthermore, when a large amount of epoxidized soybean oil is blended, a plate-out phenomenon tends to occur, resulting in a film product with a rough surface. For this reason, when used, there were drawbacks such as a lack of slipperiness with the packaged object and a high unwinding resistance of the paper tube-wound film. In order to solve these problems and drawbacks and facilitate processing, one or more types of lubricants have been used. These lubricants include, for example, higher fatty acids such as stearic acid, hydroxystearic acid, and behenic acid; fatty acid amides such as oleic acid amide, methylene bis stearamide, and ethylene bis stearamide; waxes such as Montan wax; Higher alcohols such as stearyl alcohol; paraffins such as liquid paraffin;
Examples include fine silica powder and the like.
However, with the combination of these conventional lubricants, it has been difficult to obtain a vinyl chloride resin composition that has excellent initial coloring properties and transparency, does not cause plate-out or bloom, and is suitable for food packaging. As a result of extensive studies, the present inventors found that, for 100 parts by weight of vinyl chloride resin, 10 to 50 parts by weight of an adipate ester plasticizer and 5 to 30 parts by weight of epoxidized vegetable oil.
parts by weight, 0.01 to 3 parts by weight of Ca salt of organic carboxylic acid,
By adding 0.01 to 3 parts by weight of Zn salt of organic carboxylic acid and 0.01 to 1 part by weight of liquid polybutadiene with an average molecular weight of 500 to 10,000 or a modified product thereof, blooming does not occur, and thermal stability, transparency, and initial coloring properties are improved. It has excellent performance and almost no plate-out.
The present invention was accomplished by discovering that a vinyl chloride resin composition suitable for food packaging that is easy to process can be obtained. The vinyl chloride resin composition of the present invention has particularly excellent suitability for melt extrusion processing. Hereinafter, the vinyl chloride resin composition of the present invention will be explained in detail. As the vinyl chloride resin used in the present invention,

The liquid polybutadiene or modified product thereof used in the present invention includes a butadiene homopolymer, a butadiene copolymer, a modified product thereof, and a mixture thereof. Furthermore, the term butadiene homopolymer is also used in a general sense and includes 1,2-atactic polybutadiene, 1,2-syndiotactic polybutadiene, 1,2-syndiotactic polybutadiene, and 1,2-atactic polybutadiene made by homopolymerization of 1,3-butadiene. - Isotactic polybutadiene, 1,4-cis polybutadiene and 1,4-trans polybutadiene, or block polymers, graft polymers and mixtures thereof. Similarly, butadiene copolymers include various copolymers made by copolymerizing 1,3-butadiene with olefinic monomers or conjugated diene monomers. It also includes partially modified polybutadiene. Examples of modified polybutadiene include partially epoxidized products,
It includes polybutadiene having a hydroxyl group and/or carboxyl group at the end, or partially maleated, halogenated, boiled, hydrogenated, acrylic-modified, urethane-modified and ester-modified polybutadiene. For the purposes of the present invention, liquid polybutadiene containing 1,2-atactic polybutadiene as a main component or a modified product thereof is particularly preferred.
