In addition, as shown in Fig. 9, each weighing hopper S 1 ...S o
There are models that increase the number of combinations by installing one set of memory hoppers M1 ... According to the present invention, a plurality of sets of two weighing hoppers are provided for weighing supplied objects to be weighed, and each set is provided with an individual memory hopper into which the weighed objects are transported from the respective weighing hoppers. A memory hopper is provided, consisting of three memory hoppers, a common memory hopper into which objects weighed from both weighing hoppers are carried, and each set of weighing hoppers is weighed alternately by two weighing hoppers. The memory hopper operates according to the weighing operation of the weighing hopper, and two participating groups are each of an individual memory hopper and a common memory hopper corresponding to weighed weighing hoppers, and all the memory hoppers are collected from each participating group. Participate in the combination operation on the condition that two items are not selected,
The selected memory hopper is the first combination weigher, into which the object to be weighed is carried from the weighing hopper that has already been weighed.
Invention. Further, the second invention provides a plurality of sets of two weighing hoppers for weighing the supplied object to be weighed, and for each set, a detour for discharging the weighed object from the respective weighing hopper, and a detour for each set. One memory hopper is disposed into which the weighed object is carried in from the weighing hopper, and each set of weighing hoppers has two weighing hoppers that perform weighing operations alternately, depending on the weighing operation. The weighing hoppers weighed by the weighing process and the memory hoppers were each made into participating groups, and the memory hoppers were made to participate alternately in the combination calculation on the condition that all two items from each group were not selected. In this case, the object to be weighed is brought in from a weighing hopper that has already been weighed.

An example of the embodiment of the first invention of the present application will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 and 4. In the figures, S 1 ... S 12 are weighing hoppers, and each weighing hopper S 1 ... S 12 carries the supplied object to be weighed, respectively. They are used for weighing, and are provided as a set of two, and in principle, the weighing operation is performed alternately.

In the combination in the above combination scale, M 1 ,
Combinations that combine the same set of memory hoppers such as M 2 or M 5 and M 6 shall not be used. This is because one of the weighing hoppers of the same group, e.g. S 1 and S 2 , always stores a weighed object, but the other one is currently being weighed, so the memory hopper of the same group M 1 , M2 become empty at the same time, the object to be weighed cannot be directly supplied.

Next, the combination accuracy will be examined based on the total number of combinations of the above combination scales.

In conventional combination scales, the number of hoppers combined is generally 10, and the total number of combinations is 10 C 1 + 10 C 2 + 10 C 3 + 10 C 4 + 10 C 5 + 10 C 6 + 10 C 7 + 10 C8
+ 10 C 9 + 10 C 10 = 10 + 45 + 120 + 210 + 252 + 210 + 120 + 45 + 10 +
1=1023, and it is rare to combine more than that. This is because each time the number of hoppers increases, the number of combinations increases dramatically and the time required to calculate the combinations increases. For example, when the number of combination hoppers increases to 11, the number of combinations becomes 2047.

6C6×26 =12+60+480+240+192+64=1048 となる。
In this embodiment, since there are no combinations taken from the same group, the number of weighing hoppers is set to 12 to increase the number of combinations. The total number of combinations in this example is 6 C 1 ×2 1 + 6 C 2 ×2 2 + 6 C 3 ×2 3 + 6 C 4 ×2 4 + 6 C 5 ×2 5 +
6 C 6 ×2 6 = 12 + 60 + 480 + 240 + 192 + 64 = 1048.

Although the present embodiment has two more weighing hoppers, the weighing accuracy is better than the conventional precision, and the weighed object is supplied to the empty memory hopper without waiting time, so it is efficient. Furthermore, since the combination is always made from 12 memory hoppers, there is no loss of accuracy.

である。
For example, in the conventional example, in order to obtain a combination efficiency equal to that of this embodiment, if a combination is obtained from the remaining selected combinations, if there are 9 remaining items, then 9 C 1 + 9 C 2 + 9 C 3 + 9 C 4 + 9 C 5 + 9 C 6 + 9 C 7 + 9 C 8 + 9 C 9 = 9 + 36 + 84 + 126 + 126 + 84 + 36 + 9 + 1 = 511, resulting in a significant decrease in the combination accuracy.

According to the first invention of the present application, each set of two weighing hoppers performs weighing operations alternately, and one of the weighing hoppers stores the object to be weighed to obtain a weighed standby state, and for each weighing operation, The two memory hoppers of the participating group participate in a combination calculation to select a predetermined combination, and then the two memory hoppers of the other participating group select from the weighed hoppers during the combination calculation in which they participate. The object to be weighed is replenished into the memory hopper which is now empty.

[Scope of Claims] 1. A plurality of sets of two weighing hoppers for weighing supplied objects to be weighed are provided, and each set is provided with an individual memory into which the weighed objects are carried in from the respective weighing hoppers. A memory hopper consisting of a hopper and a common memory hopper into which objects weighed from both weighing hoppers are carried is provided, and each set of weighing hoppers has two weighing hoppers arranged alternately. The memory hopper performs a weighing operation, and the memory hopper makes a participating group of two individual memory hoppers and a common memory hopper corresponding to the already weighed weighing hopper according to the weighing operation of the weighing hopper, and from each participating group, A combination scale in which the object to be weighed is carried into the selected memory hopper from a weighing hopper that has already been weighed and participates in the combination calculation on the condition that all two items are not selected. 2 A plurality of sets of two weighing hoppers for weighing the supplied object to be weighed are provided, and each set has a detour for discharging the weighed object from each weighing hopper, and a detour for discharging the weighed object from each weighing hopper. One memory hopper is provided, into which the weighed objects are carried in, and in each set of weighing hoppers, two weighing hoppers perform weighing operations alternately, and depending on the weighing operations, weighing of the weighed objects is carried out. A participating group consists of two hoppers and two memory hoppers, and a total of two hoppers from each group.
A combination weigher in which objects to be weighed are brought in from a weighing hopper that has already been weighed when a memory hopper is selected, and the objects to be weighed are brought in from a weighing hopper when a memory hopper is selected.
