大規模となり、さらに断熱材の充填加工や、後の
断熱扉組立加工時に鋼板の残留歪が扉外板を変形
させることで、製造コストが高くなる。しかし、
この実施例では、アクリルブタジエンスチロール
(ABS)やポリプロピレン(PP)などの発泡断
熱材のウレタンに侵されない合成樹脂シートを用
いて段差部を熱成形し、その後、扉外板の寸法に
切断加工して作成することが、製造法上安価であ
り、品質的にも安定した扉外板を供給でき有利で
