のを防止していることにより外箱9と内箱19の組立時や
発泡断熱材20の発泡充填時の圧力により嵌合部19bが二
重フランジ14から外れるといった不具合も無くすことが
出来るものである。又延出フランジ14fにより内箱19の
嵌合部19bを二重フランジ14の溝18に挿入する作業性を
良好にすると共に、内箱19との隙間(A寸法)を適度
(3〜10mm程度)に確保することにより発泡断熱材20の
発泡充填時の流れを阻害し内箱フランジ19aと溝18から
の発泡断熱材20の洩れをさらに確実に防止することが出
来、さらに延出フランジ14fが発泡断熱材20内に埋設さ
れることにより断熱箱体10の強度が向上するものであ
る。
