In the wood decorative board according to the present invention, a transparent polyester film 1 and a decorative film 2 on which a decorative print has been applied are bonded together via a dry laminating adhesive, and the wood board 3 is arranged so that the polyester film 1 is on the front side. It is characterized in that it is attached to the surface via a heat sealing layer 5 of a thermoplastic resin adhesive film. Further, the method for manufacturing a wood decorative board according to the present invention includes layering a transparent polyester film 1, a decorative film 2 with a decorative print, and a thermoplastic resin adhesive film 4 in this order via a dry laminating adhesive. This composite film 6 is placed on the surface of the wooden board 3 with the polyester film 1 facing up, and heated and pressurized to bond the thermoplastic resin adhesive film 4 to the wooden board 3. 1 and a decorative film 2 are attached to each other. The present invention will be explained in detail below. As the polyester film 1, a polyethylene terephthalate film can be used, and as the decorative film 2, a polyvinyl chloride or polypropylene film with a wood grain pattern etc. printed on the back side can be used. polyester film 1
is formed to be colorless or colored transparent, and the polyester film 1 and the decorative film 2 are adhered to each other using a dry laminating adhesive, and the thermoplastic resin adhesive film 4 is further adhered to the decorative film 2 using a dry laminating adhesive. Possibly a polyester film 1, a decorative film 2,
A composite film 6 having a three-layer structure of adhesive film 4 can be obtained. As the thermoplastic resin adhesive film 4, it is preferable to use a polyolefin whose melting temperature is lower than that of the polyester film 1, and which is copolymerized with a polar monomer to improve adhesiveness. That is, this product is a product obtained by grafting or copolymerizing a polyolefin such as polyethylene or polypropylene with a monomer having a carboxyl group as a polar group such as maleic acid, fumaric acid, acrylic acid, or methacrylic acid.
Typical examples include EAA (ethylene/acrylic acid), EMA (ethylene/methacrylic acid), EEA (erylene/acrylic ester), and ionomer (ethylene/acrylate). This product is provided as an adhesive polyolefin resin by Mitsubishi Yuka's "Modeitsuku", Mitsui Petrochemical's "Admer", Sumitomo Chemical's "Bond First", Toa Fuel Chemical's "HA series", Exxon's "Dexon", etc. This can be used by forming it into a film. Furthermore, before forming the composite film 6 as described above, it is preferable to subject each film 1, 2, and 4 to a corona discharge treatment. As shown in FIG. 5, the corona discharge treatment is performed by applying high frequency and high voltage between the insulated electrode 15 connected to the transformer 20 of the corona discharge treatment machine 14 and the grounded dielectric roll 16. dielectric breakdown and generate corona discharge,
This can be done by passing the films 1, 2, 4 through this corona discharge. By polarizing and activating the adhesive, adhesive performance can be improved. Film 1 treated with corona discharge in this way,
Films 1, 2, and 2 are coated with adhesive for dry lamination on one or both of the opposing surfaces of films 2 and 4.
A composite film 6 can be obtained by stacking films 1, 2, and 4 and integrating them by stacking films 1, 2, and 4 and passing them between rolls.
Here, as the adhesive for dry lamination, it is preferable to use an Utarene type adhesive in view of properties such as heat resistance, and A-
367/A-7, A-371/A-3, A-375/A-
3, A-310/A-3 (all product numbers), etc. can be used. In applying the composite film 6 to the surface of the wooden board 3, the composite film 6 is placed on the wooden board 3 so that the polyester film 1 is on the front side, and then heated as shown in FIG. roll 1
By passing the adhesive film 4 between 2 and 12,
The adhesive film 4 is fused to the wooden board 3 by heating and pressurizing it under conditions higher than the melting temperature of the polyester film 1 and lower than the melting temperature of the polyester film 1. In this way, a wooden decorative board as shown in FIG. 3 is obtained, in which the polyester film 1 and the decorative film 2 are attached to the surface of the wooden board 3 via the heat-sealing layer 5 of the adhesive film 4.
