Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the drop of rainwater through an opening edge and to prevent entrance of rain water due to a side blow produced by means of side wind by a method wherein a gutterform part for collecting rainwater is formed to the edge part of the lower end of a front plate stretched between side plates on both sides with which a weather cover is formed, and rainwater is caused to flow down in one lot from the end part of the gutterform part. CONSTITUTION:A weather cover 11 comprises a left side plate 12, a right side plate 13, a front plate 14 stretched therebetween, a top plate 15 in succession, an opening 16 formed in a lower end, and an exhaust gas discharge port 17 formed facing the shutter of a ventilating fan. A gutterform part 18 receives rainwater flowing down along the front plate 14 from the top plate 15, and the rainwater is caused to flow down in one lot from the end part thereof. The gutterform part 18 is formed to the edge part of the lower end part of the front plate 14 such that it is bent up throughout a whole width. Rainwater is prevented from dropping from the middle of the edge part of the lower opening of the weather cover 11, resulting in prevention of entrance of dropping rainwater to the interior due to side wind. Further, since side wind is prevented from blowing directly against rainwater in the gutterform part, rainwater is prevented from flying, and moreover rainwater is prevented from remaining in the gutterform part.
