側の端部と前記伝票の天地に沿つて3方を互いに
融着された上下2枚の樹脂製フイルムと、 該樹脂製フイルムのうち下側の樹脂製フイルム
の下面に塗布された接着のりおよびのり塗布面に
着脱自在に貼着された離けい紙と、 前記上下2枚の樹脂製フイルムのうち上側の樹
脂製フイルムのさらに上側に重ねられ樹脂製フイ
ルム内の伝票の最上層の伝票のはみ出し端部にの
りで固定された紙製伝票と、 から成る樹脂製フイルム被覆伝票。 2 伝票が連続して印刷されている帯状紙を複数
枚重ねて一側でのり付けし該のり付け部に沿い非
切離し伝票が印刷されている帯状紙を除いてミシ
ン目を入れさらに両側端の耳部に多数の送り用の

のり塗布手段と、 前記積層帯状紙の送り経路に沿つて設けられ前
