A modular unit constituting a radio frequency transmitting or receiving device used in the microwave to millimeter wave band as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 is housed inside a box-shaped metal housing 1, for example. A circulator 2 and a predetermined frequency band passing (blocking) wave device 3 are arranged in a planar manner. These input/output terminals are connected to the circulator 2 and the wave generator 3, respectively, through through terminals 4a and 4b that are buried and penetrate through the bottom surface 11 of the housing 1.

A rod-shaped connecting terminal 36 is provided through the arm 35 of the coupling terminal 33 at a position coaxial with the center lead terminal 42 of the through terminal 4b, and both ends of the connecting terminal 36 are connected to each other by soldering 37. Note that a large number of screws 51 and 52 attached to the lid 5 are members for finely adjusting the resonance frequency and adjusting the degree of coupling between the resonators.

In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a connection structure between a coupling terminal of a corrugated device configured in a housing and a through terminal penetrating the bottom wall surface of the housing, the coupling terminal of the corrugated device has a coaxial through hole that protrudes from the side wall of the housing and is located above the through terminal, and the base of an elastic sleeve having an axial groove at its tip is fitted into the through hole and fixed by soldering. The inner diameter of the elastic sleeve is larger than the outer diameter of the center lead terminal of the through terminal, and the tip thereof is deformed to a smaller diameter so that only the tip fits and connects to the lead terminal. This is achieved through a through-terminal connection structure on the housing wall.

With the above configuration, the connection between the corrugated terminal and the through terminal can be easily performed even though they are covered and hidden, and the reliability of the connection is ensured.

FIG. 1 is a sectional view of essential parts of an embodiment of the present invention. In the figure, the outer conductor 43 of the through terminal 4b is fixed to the stepped hole 12 of the bottom plate 11 by soldering. A center lead terminal 42, which is supported by an outer conductor 43 and an intermediate glass 44, protrudes from both sides of the bottom plate 11. Arm 35 of coupling terminal 33 of wave device 3
A hole 38 is formed at a position coaxial with the center of the through terminal 4b, into which the connecting terminal 6 is fitted.

The connection terminal 6 has an edge 61 at its upper end to determine its position, and its lower tip is formed with a sleeve 62 and a groove 63 that divides the sleeve in the axial direction, narrowing toward the tip. The inner diameter of the sleeve 62 is the same as the lead terminal 42.
The inner diameter of the narrowed tip is smaller than the outer diameter of the lead terminal 42. This connection terminal 6 is made of a material having spring properties such as phosphor bronze, and is previously fixed to the arm 35 externally by soldering 64 at the top and bottom.

With the above, the coupling terminal 33 is made to hang down along the side surface of the casing 1, but by aligning the tip of the sleeve 62 of the connecting terminal 6 with the tip of the lead terminal 42 and pressing down strongly, the tip of the sleeve expands and becomes stronger. It slides into elastic contact with the lead terminal 42 and is positioned as shown.
Here, it is fixed to the side wall with screws 34 as shown in FIG.

Although the above-mentioned assembly method may be used, the second assembly method according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described below. The connecting terminal 33 having the arm 35 is attached to the housing without soldering the connecting terminal 6 to the arm 35 in advance. The lead terminal 42 is placed in the center of the hole 38 of the arm 35 so that the lead terminal 42 can be seen from the center of the hole 38 of the arm 35. Next, when the connecting terminal 6 is inserted into the hole 38 , the tip of the sleeve 62 is aligned with the lead terminal 42 , so press down strongly and attach the edge 61 to the upper surface of the arm 35 .
The periphery of the edge 61 is connected and fixed to the arm 35 by soldering while the two are in contact with each other. In this case, do not solder the lower part.

No matter which method is used, removing the soldering is not necessary for subsequent attachment and detachment of the coupling terminal 33.

As described above, the connection is easy and reliable, and the coupling terminal 33 can be fixed while adjusting the fit between the lead terminal 42 and the sleeve 62, so that a proper assembled state can be obtained.
