However, in the above-mentioned method, even though the insulation panel itself is divided into multiple parts, there is no means to support each divided panel part in a fixed position relative to the piping, so it requires a large number of people to support each panel. and the operation of the connectors must be carried out at the same time, and the installation work requires a great deal of effort, especially if the insulation panel has a lead plate inside for radiation shielding. In addition to the increased weight or number of divisions, the construction time was also limited to an extremely short period of time, resulting in further inconvenience.

In addition, the above-mentioned method is advantageous in that it can be installed by a small number of people because each insulation panel can be fixed in position with respect to the piping using a mounting tool. ,
On the other hand, with this latter conventional technology, the insulation effect is partially impaired due to the gaps between the insulation panels and the presence of fixing bolts of the fittings, so the insulation between the piping side and the outside air is lost. Another problem was that it was difficult to carry out these activities sufficiently. In order to avoid such problems, it may be possible to combine the latter type of insulation panel with the conventional connecting device described in the former section, but in this case as well, the gap between the panels can be eliminated by tightening the connecting device. If they were to be tightened in this way, the gap between the fixing bolts and the heat insulating panel would become larger, so they were mutually exclusive and difficult to use in combination.

b. From the configurations described in [A] to [D] above, the gaps between the respective heat insulation panels can be closed by tightening the connectors, and furthermore, by tightening the connectors, the gaps between the respective mounting members can be closed. Even if the relative position with the heat insulating panel shifts slightly in the circumferential direction, the locking tool is on the inner side of the heat insulating panel and is separated from the outer face.
The gap between the mounting member and the heat insulating panel does not reduce the heat insulating effect.
