が得られるようにすると共に、リレーとしての機
能も低下させないでリレーコイルのヨークをベー
スに固定するために解決せらるべき技術的課題が
生じてくるのであり、本考案は該課題を解決する
ことを目的とする。

がし孔に嵌合するように構成したリレーコイルの
ヨーク固定装置に於て、前記板バネの両側面に逆
字形の切込みを設け、該切込みによつて囲まれ
る部位をストツパー片に形成すると共に、該スト
ツパー片の下位の前記板バネ部位を舌片として該
舌片の下端部をヨーク方向へ折曲し、更に、前記
ベースの左右の立設部内側に縦設されたガイド溝
の上部近傍にテーパー状の段設部が設けられ、該
段設部を介して対峙する左右のガイド溝間の間隔
を上方部位を大とし、下方部位を小としたことを
特徴とするリレーコイルのヨーク固定装置を提供
せんとするものである。

ら固着しようとするとき、該ヨークの側面に固着
せられている板バネの両側面がヨークと同時にガ
イド溝の上方部の巾広部位へ挿入される。而も、
該板バネ両側面の下部に設けた舌片下端部位が内
側へ折曲されているので、ヨークのガイド溝に対
する挿入も抵抗なく極めて容易円滑に行われる。
このようにして、ヨークを前記ガイド溝に挿入し
乍ら押し込めば、前記舌片はガイド溝の段設部へ
到達し、そして、この段設部のテーパー面に沿つ
て押し込められることにより該舌片は該段設部の
テーパー方向へ折曲する。このとき、この舌片に
連設しているストツパー片5が前記舌片の作動に
対する反作用として外側へ突出し、ガイド溝の逃
がし孔へ嵌合することになる。斯くして、ヨーク
はベースに円滑に固定され、更に、該ヨークの挿
入時に於て板バネによつてガイド溝を切削して屑
を発生させることがないので、該屑による製品の

字形をしており、底面にリレーコイルの取付穴2
を開穿し、該ヨーク1上部にはアマチユアや押動
片用の切欠部3が設けられている。そして、該ヨ
ーク1背面へ平面視コ字状の板バネ4をカシメ等
の適宜手段で固着する。この板バネ4の両側面に
は逆字形の切込みを施してストツパー片5を形
成し、該ストツパー片5の下部に舌片6を垂設す
る。尚、この舌片6の下端部はヨーク1方向へ折
曲してある。更に、前記板バネ4の中央部を上方
へ延設し、その先端をやや前方へ折曲してスプリ
ング7を設ける。 第4図及び第5図に於て、ベース8は合成樹脂
で成形されたもので、平面視方形の基部9があ
り、該基部9の略中央部位にヨーク保持部10を
設け、更に該ヨーク保持部10の左右側面に立設
部11,11を立設する。この立設部11,11
の内側面に前記ヨーク1が嵌入せらるべきガイド
溝12,12が対峙して設けられている。又、該
ガイド溝12,12の上部近傍にテーパー状の段
設部13,13を設け、該段設部13,13の上
方部位のガイド溝12,12間の距離を下方部位
のガイド溝12,12間の距離より大としてあ
る。更に、この段設部13,13上部に逃がし孔
14,14を開穿する。この逃がし孔14の位置
は、前記ヨーク1がガイド溝12,12へ嵌入さ
れた時に、ストツパー片5と略同位置になるよう
に形成する。又、該立設部11,11の外側面下
部にケース(図示せず)を係止する為の突起部1

穴16,16…を開穿する。 第6図及び第7図は、前記ヨーク1をベース8
へ取付けた状態を示しているが、この取付手順を
説明すると、先ず前記ヨーク1の両側縁をベース
8のガイド溝12,12へ嵌入し下方向へ押込
む。すると、前記板バネ4の両側面がガイド溝1
2,12内部を摺動して下降し、前記舌片6がガ
イド溝12の段設部13へ当接し内側方向へ押圧
される。そして、前記舌片6が内側へ折曲する反
作用にて舌片6上部のストツパー片5が外側へ突
出し、ガイド溝12の逃がし孔14へ嵌合され
る。この時、ヨーク1の底面1aはベース8の底
面へ当接し、該ヨーク1の両側縁はベース8のガ
イド溝12,12へ嵌着されている為、該ヨーク
1は強固にベース8へ固定され、而も前記ストツ
パー片5が逃がし孔14へロツクされるので、不
慮妄脱することがない。尚、第7図中で符号17
はヨーク1の底面1aに取付けられるリレーコイ
ルである。

嵌合するのであるから、安定したヨークの固定強
