段部に上方より係止し上部弾片と下部弾片を有す
る係止部材を該脚片下方より挿入し、上部弾片で
下部枠を保持し同時に下部弾片をコンソールボツ
クス開口部下方の突部に弾性的に係止する如くし
たことを特徴とするもので、上記問題点を解決す
