トル本体と一体成形することが難しいので、第5図に正
面図により示すようにボトル本体1の上方に取手取付用
凹部2を形威し、その凹部2に別体の取手3をそのーE
下端部31.32を固定して取り付けたボトルが提案さ

側面に取手取付用の凹部2を形成し、その凹部内に取手
3上下端部を固定したプラスチックボトルにおいて、凹
部縦面4の側縁部を膨出させて前記凹部縦面4と凹部下
面6とを内部で連通ずる通路7を形成したことを特徴と

通路7を形成する膨出部5は、凹部2に手指を入れる妨
げにならないよう、凹部縦面4の側縁部に設ける.
また、通路7は第1〜3図に示すように凹部2の下方の
みに形威してもよいが、第4図に示すように凹部上面8
から凹部下面6にわたって形戊すればさらにスムーズな
排出が行なえる.この通路7を形成するために第1〜4
図に示すように収手3の下端あるいは上下端を両側から
押えるように膨出部5を配置して取手の取付をより強固
にすることができる.またこの通路7は、図示しないが
取手取付部の片測のみに形成することもできる.
取手3の外面はボトル本体1の外面とほぼ面一になるよ
うにして、保管、運搬スペースを取らないようにするの
がよく、そのため凹部2は取手3を取り付けた時に取手
3と凹部2との間に形成される空間に手指が充分入る程
度の大きさが好ましい.
通常のボトルにおいて、凹部2の深さはボトル本体l上
部の径の174〜173程度とするのがよい.また、取
手3はボトル本体とは別体のものであればよく、たとえ
ばポリエチレン、ボリプロビレンなとのプラスチックを
射出成形したものなどが用いられる.
このようなボトルを製造するためには、例えばボトルの
ブロー成形金型内に予め取手3をセットしておき、ボト
ルをブロー成形してボトル壁面により取手上下端を包み
込むようにすればよい.(発明の効果)
本発明の取手付プラスチックボトルは以上のように凹部
縦面の側縁部を膨出させて前記凹部縦面と凹部下面とを
内部で連通ずる通路を形成したことを特徴とするので
(1)内容液を排出する際に凹部縦面と凹部下面とを連
通ずる通路により内容液と空気の入れ替えをスムーズに
行なうことができ、不整な突出などを防止できる.
(2)凹部縦面の側縁部を膨出させたので、取手取付部
に対応する凹部縦面の中央部を深くして手指を入れるに
妨げとならないよう、十分な空間を確保することができ
る.
(3)凹部縦面を膨出させることによって延伸倍率を上
