Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a favorable deformed shape of an inside layer and obtain a hygienic use condition of a bottle body, by evenly and smoothly peel the inside layer against an outside layer as a whole and easily and rapidly discharge hot water which penetrates through a slit of the bottom. SOLUTION: A freely shrinkable inside layer 3 is peelably laminated within the outside layer 2 forming a definite outer shell and a slit 8 is formed at the pinch-off part of the outside layer 2 of the bottom 6 and further, an air vent hole 9 is opened at the outside layer 2 of the opening 4 to allow the outside air to flow into the gap between the inside layer 3 and the outside layer 2 from both upper and lower ends of the bottle body. In this way, the shrinking deformation of the inside layer 3 is made possible under the condition that liquid is contained and liquid which penetrates into the outside layer is smoothly and naturally discharged.

[0008] An outer layer forming a fixed outer shell and an inner layer forming a deformable inner bag for directly accommodating the content liquid are releasably laminated, and a bottom portion is provided between the outer layer and the inner layer. Since it is open to the outside by the slit and the air intake hole at the mouth, when a decompression occurs in the inner layer and the inner layer tries to deform in a direction to reduce its internal volume, it moves into the outer layer according to this deformation. The intrusion of outside air from the slits and the air intake holes and the flow of the outside air, the separation of the outer layer and the inner layer is not partially biased, the smoothness is achieved on average as a whole, and the deformation of the inner layer is Well achieved.

That is, since the air intake hole is located at the upper end of the bottle and the slit is located at the lower end of the bottle, the inner layer separates from the outer layer while the upper and lower ends are supported. Since the wiping deformation occurs, and the wiping deformation occurs in a state where the weight of the content liquid is constant, the wiping deformation can be achieved without difficulty and satisfactorily.

At this time, the outside air enters the outer layer through the slits and the air intake holes, and only the inner layer separates from the outer layer and deforms in a direction to reduce the volume. It maintains a fixed outer shell shape without deformation and keeps the appearance of the bottle constant.

Further, when the bottle is placed on the surface where the hot water is located, even if the hot water enters between the outer layer and the inner layer through the slit on the bottom surface, the slit and the air provided at the upper end portion are provided. Since the inside and outside layers are maintained at normal pressure due to the intrusion of outside air from the intake hole and the flow of the outside air, the intruded hot water is easily and quickly discharged from the slit, and does not remain in the outer layer for a long time.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. The bottle 1 is blow-molded from a parison formed by extruding an outer layer 2 made of a high-density polyethylene resin and an inner layer 3 made of nylon into a laminated cylindrical shape by co-extrusion molding means, and the outer peripheral surface of a cylindrical mouth portion 4 is formed. Is provided with a thread for screwing a cap such as a cap with a pump.

The mold cutting portion 7 is a blow mold which is a split mold, and is formed by cutting a part of an intermediate molded product of the parison before blow molding or the bottle 1 after blow molding. However, in this cutting, the inner layer 3 is cut while crushing the laminate of the outer layer 2 and the inner layer 3 in a state where the inner layer 3 is overlapped, so that the inner layers 3 are sufficiently welded to each other as shown in FIG. The outer layers 2 are hindered by a part of the inner layer 3 located therebetween, so that the cut edges are hardly brought into contact with each other.

[0015] Therefore, in addition to the fact that the outer layer 2 and the inner layer 3 are detachable, by appropriately applying a force to the die cutting portion 7 with a fingertip, the gap between the cutting edges of the outer layer 2 is reduced.
The slit 8 can be formed by separating the outer layer 2 and the inner layer 3 while separating them.

As a means for forming the air intake hole 9, for example, a hole is formed only in the outer layer 2 by punching to form the air intake hole 9, or the outer layer 2 is made of a synthetic resin material having a lower melting point than the inner layer 3. A punching jig formed and heated to a temperature equal to or higher than the melting point of the material of the outer layer 2 and lower than the melting point of the material of the inner layer 3 is pressed against the outer layer 2 of the mouth 4 of the bottle 1, and the outer layer 2 is pressed against the inner layer 3. Appropriate means such as a method of melting and forming the air intake hole 9 into the air can be used.

Since the present invention has the above-described structure, the following effects can be obtained. A bottom slit located at the lower end of the bottle and an air intake hole at the mouth located at the upper end of the bottle are provided as an outside air entry port between the outer layer and the inner layer. When the inner liquid undergoes volume reduction deformation due to the use of the content liquid poured out, the outer layer and the inner layer are formed by the intrusion of outside air from the slits and the air intake holes into the outer layer according to this deformation and the flow of the outside air. Of the inner layer is smoothly achieved on average as a whole without being partially biased, and the deformation of the inner layer is easily and satisfactorily achieved.

Since the inside and outside layers are maintained at normal pressure due to the intrusion of outside air from the slit and the air intake hole and the circulation of the outside air, even hot water enters between the outer layer and the inner layer through the slit on the bottom surface. Even so, the invading hot water is easily and quickly discharged from this slit and does not stay in the bottle for a long time, so there is no inconvenience caused by the hot water staying in the outer layer of the bottle for a long time. And a good and hygienic use situation can be obtained.
