Abstract

PURPOSE:To make an exclusive operator unnecessary to be assigned and operate a system as a whole at a high speed by a method wherein an adequate number of lid plates are stored in a hopper, the lid plate are drawn and separated each by each, and stacks of the lid plates are supplied into the hopper. CONSTITUTION:A hopper 4 consists of a frame having a horizontal U shape wall 3, and stopper rims 14a and 14b on both sides of the bottom. A transfer bar 43 is moved along a guide bar 44 by a signal of a sensor to supply a stack of lid plates into the hopper 4. The lowermost lid plate A in the hopper 4 is drawn and separated by a sucking pad 20, placed on a receiving tray 26, sent between rollers 27 and 28 by a transfer claw 23 which is driven by chain wheels 24, and supplied to a waiting frame 5. When a sensor S10 detects an item on a conveyer 6 and outputs a signal, a cylinder 33 is brought in action to put the lid plate on the top surface of a packing box.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION This invention provides a top surface of a box containing fruits and other foodstuffs;
In particular, the present invention relates to a device for automatically supplying a flat lid plate to the top surface of the topmost box stacked in multiple stages, and temporarily keeping it in place until band packaging. (Prior art) Foods such as strawberries that lose their freshness quickly need to be collected and shipped in a short time, and high-speed dedicated packaging equipment for this purpose has been solved by equipment such as Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 124213/1983. Currently, the speed of the lid plate placement and feeding equipment, which is the pre-packing stage, is slow, making it impossible to speed up the entire packaging process. That is, in the conventional lid plate supply device, the laminated lid plate is housed in a bottomless hopper with a pair of locking edges, and the bottommost lid plate is sucked by a suction vat and falls to the horizontal feeding device directly below. It is configured so that it can be supplied with The supply speed of lid plates is required to be at least 25 to 30 sheets per minute, so even if 300 lid plates are stored in the hopper, they will be consumed in about 10 minutes, so new lids must be supplied every 10 minutes. This requires a dedicated operator to supply stacks of plates. In order to solve this problem, if the number of storage plates in the hopper is increased, the lid plate is made of cardboard with a thickness of 2 to 3 mm, so it bends due to its own weight and when sucking with the suction bat,
This is not a solution at all because it causes multiple lid plates to fall and causes trouble. (See Figure 7) (Purpose) The present invention maintains the number of lid plates accommodated in the hopper at an appropriate number to prevent troubles during suction separation, and also automatically supplies the stack of lid plates to the hopper. The purpose is to eliminate the need for a full-time operator and realize high-speed operation of the entire system. (Structure) The device of the present invention includes a lid plate storage hopper which has locking edges for support on two opposite edges of the bottom and is equipped with a stack supply level detection means, and a lid plate stack that is placed at a height above the supply level. means for holding the stack, means for intermittently supplying the stack of lid plates to the holding means, means for horizontally moving the stack from the holding means into the hopper driven by the output of the detection means, and directly below the hopper. It consists of a suction separation and horizontal feeding device located on the conveyor, and a standby frame that is installed on the conveyor that transfers the storage boxes, has a pair of opposing opening/closing side plates, and is equipped with a protrusion device on the top. (Implemented) Example) The general structure of the system is shown in Figure 1. In Figure 1, (1) is a stack accumulation conveyor, 2) is a lifter with a fork, and (3) is a reciprocating system along a guide rail. raking device, (4> is the lid plate storage hopper, (5) is the standby frame, (6> is the container conveyor, (7) and (9) is the band packing machine, (8> is the 90° turning device) The overall configuration of the device (10) of the present invention is shown in Figure 2, in which the hopper (4) and standby frame (5) are provided on a horizontal main frame (11). 12) is a column that also serves as a guide post for the lifter (2).
(13) is a beam that supports the guide rail of the raking device (3). The hopper (4) that accommodates the stacked lid plates (A) is composed of a frame body with three U-shaped walls. Locking edges (
14a) (14b) and a photoelectric switch S7 for detecting the height of the laminated lid plate. (15) is the opening, (16> is the stopper plate. (20> is the suction batt, which is raised and lowered by the cylinder (21), sucks only the bottommost lid plate in the hopper and descends, and the lid plate is placed on the receiving plate (26), (22> is the feed chain, (23) is the feed pawl, (24) is the wheel, (
25) is a motor. (27) is a feed roller, which rotates at a peripheral speed faster than the feed speed of the feed claw (23>). (28) is a presser roller. (29a) and (29b) are installed in the standby frame. (31) is a stopper; (31) is a stopper;
(32) is a three-pronged ejection device, and (33) is a cylinder. (Function) The cover plate stack AS is placed on the accumulation conveyor (1) as a bundle of about 250 sheets, and the top stack is ASI
is detected by optical sensor S1 and is waiting at that position. In this device, the upper surface of the lid plate in the hopper (4) gradually lowers, and when the optical sensor S7 set to the supply level outputs a signal, the sensor S3 confirms that the hawk (40) is in the lowered position. The conveyor (1) and the delivery conveyor (41) are driven to transfer the stack ASI onto the delivery conveyor. The stack is stopped at a fixed position by the sensor S2, and the lifting cylinder (4) of the lifter device is stopped.
2> is activated to raise the hawk (40) along the column (12) and stop it at a predetermined position by sensor S4.
In addition, in the operation of the lifting cylinder (42), the sensor S
This is done after confirming that the bar (43) of the raking device is located directly below. The transfer bar (43) of the scraping device (3) is driven by the detection signal from the sensor S4, and the transfer bar (43) pushes the rear end of the stack and guides it on the guide bar (44) to move the stack into the hopper (0). (Fig. 4) The number of lid plates that guard the stack is adjusted to the extent that it does not result in the situation shown in Fig. 7, and is almost constant, so even if a new stack is added, it will not be as shown in Fig. 7. The lowest lid plate A in the hopper is separated by suction vat (20) and received on the receiving plate (26), and the sensor S
When this is detected by 8, the chain wheel (24) in FIG. is the detector on the plate, and this detection signal and the conveyor (
6) The cylinder (33) is actuated by the signal from the sensor SIO that detects the cargo on top, and the lid plate is placed on the top surface of the cargo box. The lid plate is placed on top of the box being transferred at high speed and immediately fed to the band packing machine, making it efficient. Furthermore, the lid plate stack is adjusted to a nearly constant amount to cope with high-speed consumption of lid plates. Since it is automatically supplied based on the supply signal from the hopper, there is no need for manpower to supply the stack to the hopper as in the past, and the work is easier.Also, the device of the present invention has the advantage that there is no restriction on the amount of stacks. Because there is no cover plate inside the hopper, it is possible to reduce the number of pieces as much as you want without deforming or falling off.With this feature, work efficiency can be improved even if the cover plate is made thinner or the material is changed. This can be easily done without reducing the quality.
