  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ノコギリ波発生回路と、このノコギリ波発生回
    路で発生したノコギリ波信号の振幅を変更するア
    ツテネータ回路と、このアツテネータ回路より出
    力したノコギリ波信号によつて制御される電圧制
    御発振回路（ＶＣＯ）において、 前記ノコギリ波発生回路と、アツテネータ回路
    との間にレベルシフト回路を設け、ノコギリ波発
    生回路から発生したノコギリ波信号をレベルシフ
    トして電圧制御発振回路に加えるように構成した
    ことを特徴とする電圧制御発振回路。
