Claims (1)

【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 絶縁ケース７，８に固定する放熱筒１のケ
ース開口７ａ，８ａからケース内に挿通する外周
面に絶縁層２を設け、その放熱筒１を介して相対
する一対の電極板３，４を放熱筒１の絶縁層２に
密接させて備付け、これら各電極板３，４の放熱
筒１よりも側方に突出位置する平板部３ａ，３ｂ
，４ａ，４ｂの板面間に正特性サーミスタ５，６
を挾込み装着すると共に、その正特性サーミスタ
５，６並びに電極板３，４を絶縁ケース７，８の
内部に収容配置してなることを特徴とする正特性
サーミスタ装置。 (2) 上記一対の電極板３，４で絶縁層２が設け
られた放熱筒１を挾圧支持すると共に各電極板３
，４の平板部３ａ，３ｂ，４ａ，４ｂを交叉位置
させ、その平板部３ａ，３ｂ，４ａ，４ｂの板面
間に正特性サーミスタ５，６を挾込み装着したこ
とを特徴とする請求項１記載の正特性サーミスタ
装置。 (3) 上記各電極板３，４の平板部３ａ，３ｂ，
４ａ，４ｂを放熱筒１よりも左右に突出位置させ
