開口させた両面に電極及び電極板を設けた正特性
サーミスタを、電気絶縁物でなるケース内に収納
すると共に、前記正特性サーミスタの前記貫通孔
内を貫通して、前記ケースの底部及び底部と対向
する面側に備えられたケース蓋部材の間に、金属
製放熱筒体を配置し、前記放熱筒体の両端部を前
記底部及び前記ケース蓋部材の外面に固定した正
特性サーミスタ装置において、前記放熱筒体は、
前記正特性サーミスタの前記貫通孔を貫通する部
分を、熱伝導性の良好な電気絶縁物でなる磁器部
材により筒状に套装したことを特徴とする正特性
