Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce manager's load by transmitting a defective place generating temperature abnormality through a voice based upon a room temperature and the aperture of a two-way valve. CONSTITUTION:A two-way valve aperture determining part 21 for controlling the temperature of an air conditioner and a generated alarm deciding part 22 for deciding temperature abnormality based upon an inputted room temperature and the aperture of the two-way valve are respectively independently arranged in a central controller 2. A sound alarming device 3 for generating various alarms based upon the decided result of the deciding part 22 is also dependently arranged. Consequently, monitoring can be attained without mutually affecting the aperture determining part 21 and the alarm deciding part 22.

In the above-mentioned conventional technology, if an abnormality occurs in the upper or lower limit of the room temperature even though air conditioning is being controlled, the occurrence of the temperature abnormality is communicated by CRT or voice. There was no way to determine whether the control on the system side or the equipment was at fault, and to communicate the results.

The purpose of the present invention is to determine whether there is an abnormality on the control side based on the tendency of temperature rise (fall) after a temperature abnormality occurs and the opening degree of the two-way valve.
Alternatively, it is possible to reduce the burden on the management side by determining whether there is an abnormality on the equipment side and conveying the result to the supervisor by voice.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention determines whether the temperature abnormality that has occurred is due to control on the system side or a malfunction on the equipment side, based on the room temperature and the opening degree of the two-way valve. An alarm judgment section was installed.

FIG. 1 is a system configuration diagram of the present invention. A two-way valve 11 that adjusts the amount of cold/hot water flowing into the device consisting of a coil, fan, etc.
, a temperature sensor 12 for determining the season of summer or winter from the temperature of cold/hot water, and a temperature sensor 13 for detecting the room temperature of the controlled object. Furthermore, a two-way valve opening determination unit 21 determines the opening of the two-way valve based on the room temperature, the two-way valve opening, and the seasonal mode, and a determination unit determines whether an alarm occurs based on the detected room temperature and the two-way valve opening. 22, and an audio warning device 3 that transmits a warning to the outside by voice.

Furthermore, if the room temperature after a certain period of time after this alarm is issued is even higher than the room temperature in (■), and the two-way valve is fully open, it will be determined that there is an abnormality on the equipment side, and the hot and cold water generator will be investigated. This is because if the room temperature rises despite temperature control, it can be determined that the capacity of the cold/hot water generator is decreasing.

On the other hand, when the room temperature drops despite temperature control and exceeds the lower limit (state ■), an audio warning of "lower limit abnormality has occurred" is issued. Furthermore, if the room temperature after a certain period of time after this alarm is issued becomes even lower than the room temperature in (■) and the two-way valve is fully closed, it will be determined that there is an abnormality on the equipment side, and the two-way valve will close. In addition, in the case of winter, the voice warning is the opposite of that in summer. That is, when an abnormality occurs at the upper and lower limits (states of ■ and ■), the same audio warning is issued, but in states of ■ and ■, the audio warnings of ■ and ■ for summer are used, respectively.

If there is no abnormality, the process returns to step 10, and if there is an abnormality, the error temperature is stored (step 30) and an audio warning of upper/lower limit abnormality is generated (step 40). After the alarm occurs, it is monitored whether the temperature abnormality continues for a certain period of time (steps 90 to 110), and if it has not recovered, the process returns to step (step 10), and if the temperature abnormality continues for a certain period of time, it is monitored. The process goes to step (step 60), and the season is determined based on the temperature of the cold/hot water. Check the relationship between the two-way valve opening and room temperature for both summer and winter (step 70), and issue an audio alarm for equipment abnormality (step 80).

According to the present invention, whereas conventionally, temperature abnormalities were only caused by upper and lower limit errors, it is possible to determine whether temperature abnormalities caused by room temperature and two-way valve opening are caused by the control side or by the equipment side. It is possible to determine whether the information is correct and communicate this to the outside via voice. Furthermore, it is possible to limit abnormal equipment, such as which equipment is malfunctioning or which two-way valve is malfunctioning.
