よつて駆動されるシーブを設けた巻上機と、前記
シーブにロープを介してつるべ状に吊り下げられ
た乗かご、及び、つり合いおもりと、前記乗かご
と前記つり合いおもりのアンバランストルクを静
止保持するブレーキ装置と、前記エレベータの速
度を検出する手段と、前記エレベータの速度指令
と速度信号により、前記電動機のトルクを制御す
るトルク指令を備えた制御装置において、 前記エレベータの起動時に、前記エレベータの
アンバランストルクに見合う起動補償トルクと、
前記エレベータ定常走行中における前記電動機の
トルク指令とを比較し、その差が基準値以上の時
は前記ブレーキ装置の異常と判断する構成とした
