Abstract

PURPOSE:To perform supply of a short part rapidly by registering a short part to a short part information control computer, searching put-in parts, and directly supplying lacked parts to a manufacturing process without putting in the same when stock number is short for necessary number for putting out, in a processing system with the control computer. CONSTITUTION:A stock is checked for necessary number for putting out at a step 11, and if there is no short part, steps following a step 12 are performed to perform putting out. And, when the stock is short for the required number, lacked part information (part name, lacked quantity) is registered in a lacked part file 8 by a step 16. It is detected whether the lacked part exists in put-in parts or not by comparing information about parts put in with information in the lacked part file 8. When there is the same, put-out order is issued, the same is directly output to a process without putting in the same, and a stock file is renewed. Countermeasure at the time of causing a lacked part can be made rapidly in such way.

Further, at the time of delivery, if there is a shortage of the number of items in stock equal to the number of parts instructed to be delivered from the computer in response to the number of parts requested to be delivered, the details of the shortage state are registered as out-of-stock information. In this case, after the relevant parts have arrived, the series of warehousing operations described above have been completed, and the inventory file has been updated, the computer matches the out-of-stock information with the inventory file, and then outputs shipping instructions. do. The worker executes the shipping work in accordance with this shipping instruction, and then inputs the shipping completion information, thereby causing the computer to update the inventory file and the out-of-stock information.

Data on missing items is registered in the warehouse management computer as out-of-stock information, and during warehousing, the warehouse management computer searches for out-of-stock information based on the warehousing data input from the workstation, and the incoming parts are found to be out of stock. If the part is a part, the workstation issues an instruction to take it out of stock, and the part is supplied to a subsequent process without storing the part in an automated warehouse.

According to this, in the warehousing and retrieval processing method of an automated warehouse system, when processing a warehousing, if the number of items in stock is insufficient compared to the number required for warehousing, the data on the name of the missing part and the number of missing parts is displayed. Register in the warehouse management computer as information. During warehousing work, the warehouse management computer searches for out-of-stock information based on the warehousing data input from the workstation, and if the in-stock parts are out-of-stock parts, the work stage 3 instructs the warehouse to take them out. and supplies the incoming parts to the subsequent process without storing them in an automated warehouse.
