ダー12を同調して作動せしめる必要があり、そ
のための調整装置(図示省略)を設けると更に好
適である。 次にこの考案の注入成型装置によるFRPの成
型について述べる。 プレス機P外において、台車1上に載置された
下型2にゲルコートを施した後、所要量のガラス
繊維プリフオームマツト等の強化材をセツトし、
プレス機P内へとレール3上を移動そ、台車1を
受台8上に跨座せしめる。次いでシリンダー12
により上方に押上げられていた可動盤11を下降
して、第3図、第4図に示すように、可動盤11
に固定されていた上型13を下型2に嵌合し、更
に型締めのための押圧力を加えると、台車1の車
輪4の車軸5を支えるスプリング6が圧縮され、
同時に台車1の下面と下定盤7上の受台8の上面
が当接することにより、上型13と下型2は強く
型締めされる。次いで強化材がが充填された上型
13と下型2の型間隙15内に、上型13に設け
られた合成樹脂注入口14からミキシングヘツド
(図示省略)を介してエポキシ樹脂、不飽和ポリ
エステル樹脂などの合成樹脂が注入され、常法に
より硬化成型が行なわれた後、再び上型13がシ
リンダー12により押圧げられ、上型13と下型
2を分離し、同時に台車1はスプリング6の付勢
力によつて受台との当接を解かれ、台車1はプレ
ス機P外に引出され、成型品は下型2から脱型さ
れるのである。 尚、上記はFRPの成型について述べたが、強
化材を使用することなく、同様の手順により成型
を行うことによつて、合成樹脂リツチの成型品を
得ることが出来ることは勿論である。又、上記実
施例においては、シリンダー12により上方に押
上げられていた上型13が、成型時下降して下型
2と嵌合するものであるが、第2の実施例として
第5図に示すように、上型13は上部フレーム1
0にとりつけられたシリンダー12aによつて引
上げられており、成型時押下げられて下型2と嵌
合するようにしても差支えなく、この場合はシリ
ンダーは一個で足り、又複数のシリンダーを同調
させるための調整装置も必要としないが、上型1
3のストロークによつてはシリンダー12aが上
方に高く突出るため、天井の高さを考慮し設置場
所を選定しなければならない。

が当接することにより上型と下型は強く型締され
るから、従来のように上型をホイストクレーン等
により吊下げ移動したり、嵌合した上型と下型を
ボルト等により仮締め或いは本締めする必要がな
く、従つて作業能率が著しく向上し、更にプレス
機のシリンダー装置を収納するビツトを床面から
深く掘下げて設ける必要もなく、設備コストを低
減し、移設等も容易となり、型締も低位置で行わ
れるから、上型に設けられた樹脂注入口へのミキ
シングヘツドの着脱も容易となる等、実用上の効
果は極めて大きいものである。
