Stabilizers, etc. are added and blended and molded using calendering, extrusion, injection molding, etc., or foaming agents, stabilizers, etc. are added to paste resin and blended, coated on paper or cloth, and then heated. It is manufactured by gelling and molding. In addition, in such foam molded products, fillers such as titanium dioxide or calcium carbonate are often added, especially when whiteness is required or when opacity is desired.

Therefore, it has been strongly desired to eliminate these drawbacks.

A method of adding a cell conditioner such as acrylic resin or methacrylic resin has also been proposed, but although this method produces relatively uniform foamed cells, the effect is small if a large amount of filler is blended. It does not have the effect of reducing viscosity or preventing plate-out.

However, when hydrotalcites are added, although the condition of the foamed cells is improved to some extent, the expansion ratio (rise) and whiteness at the initial stage of foaming are still insufficient, and the improvement in plate-out properties is also unsatisfactory. As such, there was a demand for further improvements.

It has been found that when used in combination, even when a filler is added, workability and processability are good, uniform foam cells are formed, and plate-out properties are improved.

The foam using A) has excellent heat resistance and light resistance, and
p,p'-bis(hensensulfonyl hydrazide) ether (OBSH) has excellent product whiteness and color stability, and has the advantage of a relatively low foaming temperature.
Conventionally, when these blowing agents were used, they had the disadvantage of poor heat resistance. However, as mentioned above, the composition of the present invention not only has good workability and processability, has uniform foam cells, and has improved plate-out properties;
Since the effect of improving heat resistance during processing (coloration over time) is extremely large, it is particularly suitable when these foaming agents are used.

Moreover, the foaming ratio at the initial stage of foaming was completely insufficient and was not practically satisfactory.

Since it is possible to reach a foaming ratio of , it not only significantly contributes to improving productivity, but also because the heating time is short, it is clear that it is also possible to further reduce discoloration caused by resin deterioration.
