[Prior art j] From the standpoint of environmental conservation, there is a call for stricter regulation of substances extracted with n-hexane from oil-containing wastewater discharged from households and various business establishments. In addition, deodorizing treatment is required for wastewater waste, scum, and other substances that emit particularly unpleasant odors discharged from homes or various business establishments. Various deodorizing agents such as masking agents are commercially available. However, there are few methods that are satisfactory in reducing the amount of n-hexane extracted substances, decomposing scum, deodorizing, and preventing the generation of bad odors. In particular, with the aging of the population in recent years, the number of people taking high blood pressure drugs or diabetes drugs has increased.
Odors different from conventional feces and urine odors The feces and urine odors of Uzura nurseries and other animals are also a source of distress for workers and surrounding residents. Furthermore, in recent years, an increasing number of people keep ornamental fish and the like in aquariums or ponds, but many people are concerned about the odor emanating from the aquarium or pond and the problem of changing water. In addition, there are many people who love plants and want to improve the soil and grow beautiful plants. There are also many requests for efficient breeding of commercial animals.

[Problem to be solved by the invention 1] n in oil-containing wastewater discharged from homes or various businesses
Technical fields that want to reduce hexane extractable substances, technical fields that want to break down scum that accumulates in drainage tanks such as kitchens and deodorize the bad odor generated from this scum, and those that emit from wastewater waste discharged from homes or various businesses. Technical fields that want to reduce or eliminate unpleasant odors, technical fields that want to prevent the occurrence of bad odors in areas where it is predicted that they will occur in the future, and reduce or eliminate odors from toilets or excrement from various animals including livestock. There are technical fields in which you want to reuse food waste and excrement from various animals as organic fertilizer, technical fields in which you want to reduce odors and water purification from aquariums or ponds where ornamental fish are raised, and fields in which you want to improve soil. It is an object of the present invention to provide a cultured viable bacterial cell and a viable bacterial agent that are excellent in safety, have an improvement effect, and are satisfactory in the technical field and in the technical field that seeks to improve the efficiency of raising economic animals.

While testing the cultured live bacteria of Bacillus subtilis BN1001 on oil-containing wastewater, we discovered that in addition to the oil-reducing effect, it also has a deodorizing effect, which can be used to deodorize wastewater discharged from homes and various businesses, especially from areas that emit unpleasant odors. The effect was confirmed repeatedly. Furthermore, the odor of toilets and the excrement of various animals is reduced to a level that does not cause discomfort, the occurrence of bad odors is suppressed in areas where odor is predicted to occur in the future, such as garbage, and the excrement and urine of various animals are reused as organic fertilizer. We also discovered that it can reduce fish odor and purify water in aquarium fish tanks and ponds. Furthermore, when we sowed plant seeds in the soil and mixed them well, we discovered that they grew well, and we also found that adding them to the feed of various economical animals improved feed utilization efficiency and increased the number of animals. discovered.

, 1986), this strain was determined to belong to the genus Bacillus because it produced endospores in an aerobic Gram-positive mouth and was positive for catalase. It was identified as belonging to Bacillus subtilis based on its morphology and various physiological properties. However, it differs from the typical Bacillus subtilis in that it is highly useful in reducing the amount of n-hexane extracted substances, decomposing scum, deodorizing, purifying water, improving soil, improving feed efficiency, and promoting increased wages. Therefore, it was designated as Shinso stock. The Honso strain was submitted to the Institute of Microbial Technology, Agency of Industrial Science and Technology, with the number 11132 (FE).

Furthermore, the odor was so bad that there were more complaints than in the surrounding area, and the restaurant staff was in trouble.

After starting the injection of viable bacteria, we observed changes in the state of the scum in the wastewater treatment tank, the visibility of the effluent water, and the odor in and around the treatment tank. The transparency of the water was measured using a fluoroscope, the odor was measured using a portaple odor sensor model XP-329 (manufactured by Shin Cosmos Electric Co., Ltd.), and the state of the scum was observed with the naked eye.

Since the odor was reduced to 0 and the strong odor effect was recognized, its use in quail farms and similar pig farms, poultry farms, etc. is considered.

Test Example 7 Probiotic agent 20 to 6 of Production Example 1 was placed in an aquarium fish tank (60L capacity)
As a result of adding 0 mg daily, the fishy odor disappeared shortly after adding it, and it was also possible to delay changing the water in the aquarium for about 1 to 2 weeks. It should be noted that no fish died due to the injection of this live bacterial agent. That is, it can be used at home or at a fish farm.

Test Example 8 3 to 5 g of the viable bacterial agent of Production Example 1 was added to household garbage.
As a result of putting it on before going to bed, the odor was gone to the extent that no one noticed by the next morning. The same effect was confirmed in sinks, bathrooms, washing machine areas, and toilets that emit unpleasant odors. In addition, it eliminates the slimy state in sinks and bathrooms, and can be used in places in the home where bad odors are already occurring or where bad odors are expected to occur in the future.

In addition, when we mixed soil with a strong odor with the probiotics produced by the production example, the odor disappeared in 1 to 2 days.As a result of planting green onions in this soil and comparing it with ordinary soil, we found that the growth of green onions was similar to that of morning glories. A difference of about 5% was observed, and the results showed that the yield could be increased.
