BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION It has been well known to install a suspended ceiling inside a roof panel of a vehicle for the purpose of improving the aesthetic appearance of the interior of a vehicle and improving heat and sound insulation. This suspended ceiling consists of a ceiling lining material made of vinyl chloride sheet or fabric, a resting wire inserted into a bag formed at an appropriate interval in the lining material, and a wire attached to the edge of the ceiling lining material. The suspended ceiling can be attached to the vehicle body by having an appropriate number of hooks attached thereto, and by locking each end of the staying wire and the hooks to the vehicle body.

By the way, if the ceiling lining material of the suspended ceiling installed as described above becomes sagging or wrinkled, the aesthetic appearance of the vehicle interior will be impaired, which is not desirable. For this reason, when installing the ceiling lining material, the hook attached to it is engaged with the vehicle body while pulling the lining material.
This prevents sagging and wrinkles in the lining material. However, the amount of elongation of the ceiling lining material differs depending on the temperature, so even if it is possible to easily pull the ceiling lining material and lock the hook to the car body during high temperatures such as summer, it will not expand to the same size during the cold winter season. Even when the lining material is pulled, the amount of elongation is small, so it is not easy to engage the hook with the vehicle body, and an excessive tensile force may be applied to the lining material.

Conventionally, for example, the cutting dimensions of ceiling lining materials are changed slightly depending on the season, making them slightly larger when the temperature is low and smaller when the temperatures are high, so that ceiling materials can be easily installed regardless of the temperature.
In this way, the quality of the ceiling lining material after installation can be improved and the installation work can be made easier, but changing the cutting dimensions of the ceiling lining material depending on the temperature has the disadvantage of increasing manufacturing costs. I can't escape it.

Purpose The purpose of the present invention is to eliminate the above-mentioned conventional drawbacks, eliminate the hassle of changing the dimensions of the ceiling lining material depending on the temperature, and moreover, easily change the lining material without wrinkles or sagging. To provide a suspended ceiling that can be attached to a ceiling.

Configuration In order to achieve the above object, the present invention locks each end of a plurality of resting wires, which are inserted through the ceiling lining material and arranged at intervals, to the vehicle body, and the ceiling lining material To propose a suspended ceiling of a vehicle which is attached to the inside of a roof panel by engaging the hook fixed to the edge of the vehicle with the vehicle body, in which the hook is configured to be expandable and retractable.

Effects According to the above configuration, when installing the ceiling lining material, the hook can be engaged with the vehicle body while being extended.
Even if the amount of expansion of the ceiling lining material changes due to differences in temperature, the lining material can be easily attached to the vehicle body in a stretched state.

The suspended ceiling 3 has a ceiling lining material 4 that covers the roof panel 2, and this lining material 4 is made of a flexible material such as a vinyl chloride sheet or fabric, as in the past. A suitable number of bags 5 extending in the lateral direction of the vehicle are formed on the lining material 4 by the lining material itself, and a retaining wire 7 made of a metal rod or the like is inserted into the interior of the lining material itself. Each end of the plurality of listing wires 7 arranged at appropriate intervals in this way is respectively locked in the locking holes 9 of the roof side rails 8 located on both sides of the vehicle body.

Further, a suitable number of hooks 10 are fixedly connected to the edge of the lining material 4 by sewing with a sewing machine or using an adhesive, as shown in FIG. In this case, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the hooks attached to both edges 4a and 4b (FIG. 1) of the lining material 4 in the vehicle lateral direction are connected to the roof side rails 8 that constitute the vehicle body.

As mentioned above, the suspended ceiling 3 is attached to the inside of the roof panel 2 that constitutes the vehicle body 1. During the installation work, after hanging each end of the listing wire 7 on the roof side rails 8 on both sides,
Place the lining material 4 on the outer side of the vehicle in the lateral direction (see Figures 2 and 3).
Each hook 10 is locked to the vehicle body while being pulled in the direction of arrow A in the figure) or in the front-rear direction B (FIG. 1) to prevent the lining material 4 from sagging or wrinkles after being installed. In this case, conventionally, when the tensile force applied to the lining material was constant, the amount of elongation changed depending on the temperature, so the cutting dimensions were changed depending on the temperature.
Although the hook can be easily and reliably locked to the vehicle body regardless of the temperature, as described above, this has the drawback of increasing the cost of the lining material.

Therefore, in the present invention, instead of making the hook from a rigid body as in the past, it is made from a stretchable material, such as an elastic body such as rubber. In this way, even if the amount of elongation of the lining material 4 changes due to temperature changes, the hook itself can be elongated when the hook 10 is locked, so that the hook 10 can always be easily and reliably attached to the vehicle body, such as the roof. It can be locked to the side rail 8. Therefore, there is no need to change the dimensions of the lining material depending on the temperature. In addition, even if the dimensions of the car body 1 or the lining material 4 vary to some extent due to manufacturing errors, this can be absorbed by the hooks 10. Wrinkling and sagging of the lining material 4 can be more reliably prevented.

It is also possible to construct the hook 10 only from an elastic body such as rubber, but if there is a risk that the hook tip 10a (Fig. 3) that engages with the vehicle body may be deformed after it is locked, the inside or outside surface of the hook 10a (Fig. 3) It is desirable to bury or fix a reinforcing material 11 such as an iron plate in the area. Hook tip 10a provided with reinforcing material 11
Although the reinforcing material 11 does not substantially stretch when the suspended ceiling is installed, no problem occurs because the other hook portions stretch.

Furthermore, if the hook 10 is stretched more than necessary, it may cause wrinkles in the lining material 4 after the suspended ceiling 3 is installed. It is preferable to embed a flexible material 12 such as the like in the hook 10 in a wave-shaped state. In this way, when the hook 10 stretches to a certain extent and the flexible material 12 stretches to a flat state, this material 12 prevents the hook 10 from stretching further, and prevents the hook 10 from stretching excessively and, eventually, from inside the flexible material 12. It is possible to prevent wrinkles from forming in the upholstery.

Further, as shown in FIG. 5, a corrugated portion 10b may be formed in advance on a part of the hook 10, and with this structure, the lining material 4 can be attached to the hook 10 in order to lock the hook 10 to the vehicle body 1. When the wavy portion 10b is pulled in the direction of the arrow A, the wavy portion 10b is elastically deformed to become flat, so that the same effect as in the previous embodiment can be obtained. In this embodiment, the hook 10 can be made of vinyl chloride or the like in addition to rubber.
