<Prior art> Conventionally, when manufacturing this type of molded product, the technology of manufacturing the molded product using styrene-based or olefin-based plastics and at the same time transferring the design of transfer paper onto the surface of the molded product was developed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 1983-1995. It is already widely known as shown in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 57-61541 and No. 2148, and is used in the production of daily necessities, toys, etc.

<Problems to be Solved by the Invention> However, since styrene-based and olefin-based plastics (e.g. EVA, ABS resin, polystyrene, polypropylene, polyethylene) are used in the production of the above-mentioned conventional painted molded products, mechanical Although long-term physical properties such as strength, electrical properties, creep resistance, fatigue resistance, wear resistance, and chemical resistance are sufficient for use in daily necessities, molded products or products used under more severe conditions may be sufficient. In the case of molded products that require superior physical properties, there is a problem in that styrene-based or olefin-based plastics cannot provide the required quality.

However, the surface of molded products made of engineering plastics, such as polyacetal resin, has poor adhesion with other resins and is not suitable for after-transfer. Even if cellophane tape is used to form a pattern, the adhesion is sufficient, but there is a problem in that the ink forming the pattern easily peels off when the surface is scratched with a fingernail.

<Means for Solving the Problems> Therefore, the present invention provides adhesives provided on the transfer foil before the polyacetal resin is molded and the surface adhesiveness decreases (before the resin maintains fluidity and crystallizes). It was designed to perform painting simultaneously with molding through a varnish layer, and after supplying transfer foil between a pair of molds, the pair of molds are clamped to form a cavity. , a method for manufacturing a molded article with a picture, in which a molten plastic is supplied into the cavity to form a molded article in the cavity, and a transfer layer of the transfer foil is transferred to the molded article, wherein the plastic is a polyacetal resin, polyamide resin,
A method for manufacturing a molded product with a pattern, characterized in that the transfer foil is a type of polyimide resin or polycarbonate resin, and an acrylic-modified chlorinated polypropylene resin is provided on the adhesive surface with the molded product, and a pair of gold After supplying transfer foil between the molds, the pair of molds are clamped to form a cavity, and molten plastic is supplied into the cavity to mold a molded product within the cavity. A transfer foil used for manufacturing a molded article with a pattern to which the transfer layer of the transfer foil is transferred, which includes a base film, a release varnish layer, a pattern layer, and an adhesive varnish layer, the adhesive varnish layer being an acrylic-modified chlorinated product. This is a transfer foil characterized by containing polypropylene resin as a main component.

Effect> With the above structure of the present invention, when the resin is in a molten state, the transfer foil comes into contact with the surface of the molded product via the adhesive layer. Therefore, after this, when the injection of resin into the cavity is completed and the mold is opened and the molded product is taken out,
A molded product with the pattern of the transfer paper completely adhered to the surface can be obtained.
