、クロレラ熱水抽出液を麺類、水産練製品などの製造時
において呈味成分、品質改良成分などとして添加使用し
たもの、クロレラ藻体の乾燥粉末または熱水抽出液を他
の栄養成分、薬効成分などと共にゼラチンカプセルなど
に充填し健康食品としたもの、など多種多様であり、そ
