In the method for producing a heat-generating bag, a heat-generating composition that generates heat in the presence of oxygen is housed in a flat bag, at least a portion of which is permeable to oxygen, to form a heat-generating bag, and the heat-generating bag is provided with an adhesive layer. When forming a heat-generating bag, in the normal manufacturing process, before wrapping the heat-generating bag in a packaging bag, simply apply an adhesive to the outside surface of the heat-generating bag or attach double-sided tape and wrap it in a packaging bag. A heat-generating bag with an adhesive material can be easily manufactured using the following methods, and the manufacturing process does not become complicated. In addition, when the heat-generating bag is packaged in a non-breathable packaging bag with an adhesive layer formed on the inner surface and an adhesive layer is interposed between the heat-generating bag and the packaging bag, the adhesive layer Since the formation is performed on the non-breathable film etc. that constitutes the heat generating bag, there is no need to consider breathability etc. when forming the heat generating bag, and the film can be formed on a smooth film surface. It is extremely easy from
In this case, by applying pressure from the outer surface of the packaging bag, the adhesive layer formed on the packaging material is adhered to the heat generating bag side.
When in use, an adhesive layer is formed on the outer surface of the heat generating bag. At this time, by making the releasability of the inner surface of the packaging material greater than the releasability of the outer surface of the heat-generating bag, the adhesive layer formed on the packaging bag is easily adhered to the outer surface of the heat-generating bag.

The exothermic bag 2 containing the exothermic composition 1 as described above is
At least a portion thereof, that is, a portion or the entire surface of one or both sides of the heat generating bag 2 is made of a material having oxygen permeability. For example, the material of the heat-generating bag 2 is a sheet material made by laminating paper, cloth, non-woven fabric, etc. and a perforated plastic film, and has oxygen permeability and prevents the heat-generating composition 1 stored inside from leaking to the outside. Constructed of no materials. When the adhesive layer 4 is formed on only one side of the heat generating bag 20 as shown in the figure, the one side 2a on which the adhesive layer 4 is formed and adhered to the object is made of a non-breathable material. In addition, it is preferable that the other surface 2b is made of a breathable material. Then, by putting these two sheet materials 2a and 2b together and heat-sealing their peripheral edges, one side is breathable and the other side is non-breathable, and the adhesive layer 4 is formed. A heat generating bag 2 is constructed, and when this heat generating bag 2 is attached to an object, air (
Oxygen) is introduced and the internal exothermic composition 1 generates heat. As the sheet material constituting the heat generating bag 2, for example, various plastic films such as polyethylene film, polypropylene film, polyester film, nonwoven fabrics, etc. are used alone or in a laminated manner, and in particular, the adhesive material layer 4 is formed. In the non-breathable sheet 2a, it is preferable to use a material in which a nonwoven fabric is laminated on the outer surface of the plastic film to provide good adhesion to the adhesive layer 4. In addition, as the breathable sheet material 2b on the other side, a sheet material such as the one described above with ventilation holes perforated is used. There is a laminated sheet made of plastic films with fine holes perforated. Furthermore, as the breathable sheet material 2b, as described in Japanese Patent Publication No. 1-30169, a sheet having fine continuous pores and a desired portion of the sheet may be appropriately heat-sealed to adjust its breathability. Can be done. Note that both sides of the heat generating bag 2 can be made of a breathable material, or the adhesive layer 4 can be formed on both sides. When the adhesive layer 4 is formed on both sides of the heat generating bag 2 as described above, the ventilation of the heat generating bag 2 can be improved by forming the adhesive layer 4 on both sides of the heat generating bag 2 in an appropriate pattern at a predetermined interval on the entire surface or in a pattern only at a predetermined position. The quality of the information shall be ensured.

Next, the packaging bag 3 is preferably made of a non-breathable packaging material such as a film or sheet, and the heat-generating bag 2 is sealed inside by heat-sealing the peripheral edge. By using a material whose inner surface is more removable than the outer surface of the heat generating bag 2, when the heat generating bag 2 is taken out from the packaging bag 3, the adhesive layer 4 interposed therebetween is attached to the inner surface of the packaging bag 3. This will prevent any residue from remaining. Examples of the above-mentioned non-breathable film include polyvinyl alcohol, polyester resins such as polyethylene terephthalate, ethylene/vinyl alcohol copolymer resins, cellophane,
Cellophane, nylon coated with polyvinylidene chloride,
Polyolefins such as polyvinyl chloride resin and polypropylene coated with vinylidene chloride are used singly or in layers, and when printing is applied to the packaging bag 3, a printing layer is formed between each laminated film. The adhesive layer 4 interposed between the outer surface of the heat-generating bag 2 and the inner surface of the packaging bag 3 is made of a heat-resistant pressure-sensitive adhesive, double-sided tape, or the like. The adhesive constituting the adhesive layer 4 has excellent thermal stability, and its adhesive strength does not decrease due to heat generation, or transfers to the object when peeled off after being attached to the object such as a human body or underwear. It is preferable to use a non-transferable adhesive that does not cause staining due to adhesion. Examples of such non-stick adhesives include organic solvent-based adhesives such as rubber-based, acrylic-based, and vinyl acetate-based adhesives, or water-based adhesives as described in Utility Model Publication No. 56-34735. However, the material may be selected appropriately by considering the materials of the heat-generating bag 2 and the packaging bag 3. The heat-generating material according to the present invention as described above includes a heat-generating bag 2 containing a heat-generating composition 1 and a packaging bag 3 formed by sealing the same.
Since the adhesive layer 4 is interposed between the packaging bag 3, the heat-generating bag 2 is taken out, and it is directly adhered to an object such as a human body or underwear via the adhesive layer 4. This allows the device to be used without the need for any special fitting equipment, while also preventing slippage during installation. Furthermore, in this use, since the adhesive layer 4 is not provided with a release sheet, the adhesive layer 4 remains on the outer surface of the heat generating bag 2 just by opening the packaging bag 3, eliminating the troublesome effort of peeling off the release sheet. It can be omitted.

First, in the case shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, a heat-generating composition 1 that generates heat in the presence of oxygen is housed in a flat bag, at least a part of which is permeable to oxygen, to form a heat-generating bag 2. , an adhesive layer 4 is formed on at least one side 2a of the heat-generating bag 2, and this is sealed and packaged with a non-breathable packaging bag 3, so that an adhesive layer 4 is formed between the heat-generating bag 2 and the packaging bag 3. The heat generating material is produced by interposing the In the case shown in FIG. 2, metal powder, chloride, water, etc., which are fed from a hopper p, are first combined with a non-air permeable sheet material 2a and an air permeable sheet material 2b, which are continuously fed. A heat generating composition 1 such as a water retaining material is stored in both sheet materials 2.
The heat-generating bag 2 is constructed by heat-sealing the circumferential ends of the heat-generating bags 2a and 2b, and the heat-generating bags 2 are interposed between each other. Next, 4° of an adhesive such as a non-transferable adhesive is applied to the non-air permeable sheet material 2a side of the heat generating bag 2. Prior to applying the adhesive material 4'', the heat-generating bag 2 containing the heat-generating composition 1 is pressed with a press roll r or the like to exhaust the air inside and eliminate uneven distribution of the heat-generating composition l housed inside. It is preferable to flatten the heat-generating bag 2 to make it easier to apply the adhesive material 4. At this time, if both sides 2a and 2b of the heat-generating bag 2 are made of breathable sheet material, the inside of the heat-generating bag 2 can be flattened. The adhesive 4'' can be applied by a method using a normal coating machine, such as gravure printing, screen printing, or a spray method, as appropriate. Further, instead of the adhesive 4', the adhesive layer 4 may be formed by attaching double-sided tape to one side 2a of the heat-generating bag 2, which is non-air permeable.

Then, from both sides of the heat-generating bag 20, which has the adhesive layer 4 formed on one side 2a as described above, a transparent film such as a polypropylene film coated with polyvinylidene chloride (Secine KOP: Daicel Chemical Industries ■ product) is used. The outer surface of the ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer resin (

, 3b are continuously supplied, and the developed i-bag 2 is wrapped with both films 3a and 3b. Packaging using the non-breathable films 3a and 3b involves sandwiching the heat generating bag 2 between both films 3a and 3b, heat sealing the peripheral ends of both films 3a and 3b, etc., and placing the heat generating bag 2 inside the packaging bag 3. Pack it in a sealed state and cut C between each heat generating material. Next, what is shown in Figure 3 is
An adhesive layer 4 is formed in advance using an adhesive or double-sided tape on one of the films 2a constituting the heat-generating bag 2, and the heat-generating bag 2 is formed by both films 2a and 2b, and the heat-generating composition 1 is placed inside. It is something that can be stored. In this case, a release sheet 5 is usually provided on the adhesive layer 4 of the film 2a on the side on which the adhesive layer 4 is formed, and the release sheet 5 is applied in an appropriate step before packaging with the packaging bag 3. All you have to do is peel off the release sheet 5. In this case, since the adhesive layer 4 is formed at the film stage, venting the air from the heat generating bag 2 is not necessarily necessary for forming the adhesive layer 4, but it is necessary to prevent uneven distribution of the heat generating composition 1 in the heat generating bag 2. It is preferable to vent air to prevent oxidation before use. Also in this case, both the films 2a and 2b can be made of breathable films. Next, in the case shown in FIG. 4, when the heat generating bag 2 containing the heat generating composition 1 is packaged in the packaging bag 3, at least one of the films 3a or 3b constituting the packaging bag 3 is , an adhesive 4'' is applied to the inner surface thereof to form an adhesive material Iiii4, and the films 3a, 3
The heat-generating bag 2 is packaged in step b, and pressure is applied from the outer surface of the packaging bag 3 with a pressure roll r, etc., so that the adhesive layer 4 is placed between the outer surface of the heat-generating bag 2 and the inner surface of the packaging bag 3.
Moreover, it is interposed in a state in which both bags 2 and 3 are glued together. At this time, by making the releasability of the inner surface of the packaging bag 3 greater than the releasability of the outer surface of the heat-generating bag 2, when the packaging bag 3 is opened, the adhesive layer 4 is removed from the packaging bag 3.
Heat-generating bag 2 with adhesive layer 4 on the outside without leaving any residue on the inside
It is possible to take it out when it is formed. In this case, the adhesive layer 4 is initially formed by coating on at least one film 3a constituting the packaging bag 3, and is also adhered to the heat generating bag 2 side by the pressure of the press roll r.
When in use, an adhesive layer 4 is formed on the outer surface of the heat-generating bag 2, and since the adhesive material iii4 is formed on a film, the adhesive material 3 is more durable than when directly applied to the outer surface of the heat-generating bag 2. Formation becomes easier.

The method for manufacturing the heat generating material according to the present invention is as described above. In the various methods described above, the adhesive layer 4 interposed between the packaging bag 3 and the heat generating bag 2 is initially attached to the heat generating bag 2. or the packaging bag 3; in the latter case, the adhesive layer 4 initially formed on the film constituting the packaging bag 3 is formed on the heat-generating bag 2 side during use. In this case, it is much easier to form the adhesive layer 4 than in the case where the adhesive layer 4 is formed on the outer surface of the heat generating bag 2 containing the heat generating composition 1. Further, as the adhesive layer 4, an adhesive 4' may be applied or a double-sided tape may be used. Moreover, this adhesive layer 4
can be provided on one side or both sides of the heat-generating bag 20, and may be provided on the entire surface of the heat-generating bag 2. Also, as described above, due to the convenience of air removal from the heat-generating bag 2, the adhesive layer 4 The material of the heat-generating bag 2 and the form of the adhesive layer 4 can be combined in various ways, such as the side forming the bag being made of a breathable sheet material. As described above, the heat generating material according to the present invention has an adhesive layer 4 on the outer surface.
Since the heat-generating bag 2 formed by forming the heat-generating bag 2 is sealed and packaged as it is in the packaging bag 3, when it is taken out from the packaging bag 3, the adhesive layer 4 adheres to the inner surface of the packaging bag 3 and the heat-generating bag 2 is sealed.
It is expected that this will cause problems in the removal of the One way to counter this is to increase the releasability of the inner surface of the packaging bag 3 so that the adhesive layer 4 does not remain on the inner surface of the packaging bag 3 and to facilitate the removal of the heat-generating bag 2 from the packaging bag 3. It becomes possible. In addition, in the case of conventional disposable body warmers, etc., it is common to provide a notch for opening at one location along one edge of the packaging bag, but this is done, for example, in the packaging bag 3 as shown in Figure 6 (a). Make 6 cuts on each of the two orthogonal edges 3" and 3".
, 6 to make it easier to take out the heat-generating bag 2 by opening the packaging bag 3 in an L-shape, or at the approximate center of one edge 3'' of the packaging bag 3 as shown in Figure 6 (opening). It is also effective to add some ingenuity to the opening of the packaging bag 3, such as providing a notch 6 that allows the packaging bag 3 to be opened widely from the center to the left and right, making it easier to take out the heat-generating bag 2. Note that t in the figure is Adhesive 4
This is a coating roll for ゜. (Effects of the Invention) As described above, the heat generating material according to the present invention has an adhesive layer formed on the outer surface of the heat generating bag 2 when the heat generating bag 2 is used. It can be attached directly to objects of any shape, such as clothes or underwear, and in order to use it after removing it from the packaging, all you have to do is open the packaging and attach it directly to the object. This eliminates the troublesome effort of peeling off the release sheet as in the past.

In addition, when manufacturing a heat-generating material with an adhesive as described above, an adhesive is applied to the outer surface of the heat-generating bag before it is wrapped in a packaging bag in the normal manufacturing process of the heat-generating material, or adhesive is applied to both sides of the heat-generating bag. It can be manufactured simply by pasting the tape without complicating the manufacturing process. Furthermore, if a heat-generating bag is constructed by packaging a heat-generating composition with a sheet material or the like on which an adhesive layer is formed in advance, it is easier to construct a heat-generating bag than by forming an adhesive layer in a heat-generating bag after storing the heat-generating composition. The task is easier. Furthermore, in forming the adhesive layer, the adhesive layer is formed on the inner surface of a packaging bag, a heat-generating bag is sealed inside the packaging bag, and pressure is applied from the outside of the packaging bag. If the adhesive layer is adhered to the heat-generating bag, the formation of the adhesive layer becomes easier.Especially when forming the adhesive layer by applying an adhesive, the heat-generating composition is stored inside the bag. The work is much easier than applying an adhesive to the outer surface of the heat-generating bag.
