Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it possible to ignite automatically a gas cutting machine by one hand by making the gas flow out of a gas valve and igniting automatically as soon as the gas valve is opened and igniting an ignition device and igniting the pilot flame by the force of the ignition device. CONSTITUTION:When a gas valve 1 is opened, the gas passes through a valve 2 and is stopped by a gas cock 3. But the gas is out of a pilot flame opening. When the lever of an ignition device 4 is pulled, the gas jets out by a device of the gas cock 3 and at the same time it is automatically ignited to ignite an ignition device 5. The flame out of the ignition device 5 ignites pilot flame 6. To put out the flame, the gas valve 1 is closed. It is, therefore, possible to ignite the ignition flame 6 of a gas cutting machine by one hand and the operation is safe.
