Claims (1)
グに抗して直線移動させ、スプリングの蓄勢復帰
力で自動的に閉扉させるようにしたフロアーヒン
ジにおいて、シリンダー側壁に、ピストン前後室
と連通され、かつ開扉動作によるピストン移動で
ピストン後部室の作動油をピストン前部室へ移動
可能に動作する逆支弁を配した第1油通路と、該
第1油通路の逆支弁と逆作動する逆止弁を配した
第2油通路を設け、前記第1油通路に、ピストン
が、所定の開扉角度位置から扉の全開角度位置へ
移動する区間において、ピストン後部室からピス
トン前部室への作動油の移動量を調整可能とした
バツクチエツク調整弁を設け、一方、前記第2油
通路に、ピストンが、所定の開扉角度位置から所
定の閉扉角度位置へ移動する区間において、ピス
トン前部室からピストン後部室への作動油の移動
量を調整可能とした第1速度調整弁と、ピストン
が所所定の閉扉角度位置から完全閉扉角度位置へ
移動する区間において、ピストン前部室からピス
トン後部室への作動油の移動量を調整可能とした
第2速度調整弁を設けてなることを特徴とするフ
ロアーヒンジの油圧制御機構。 (2) 前記第1油通路に、ピストンが、扉閉じ際
の所定角度位置から完全閉扉する位置まで移動す
る区間において、ピストン前部室からピストン後
部室へ作動油を移動可能にして、かつ作動油の移
動量を調整可能としたラツチングアクシヨン調整
弁を設けた請求項1記載のフロアーヒンジの油圧
制御機構。 (3) 前記第2油通路に、ピストンが、扉の全開
角度位置から所定の閉扉角度位置へ移動する区間
において、ピストン前部室からピストン後部室へ
の作動油の移動量を調整可能としたデイレードア
クシヨン調整弁を設けた請求項1記載のフロアー
ヒンジの油圧制御機構。 (4) 前記第1油通路に、ピストンが、扉閉じ際
の所定角度位置から完全閉扉角度位置まで移動す
る区間において、ピストン前部室からピストン後
部室への作動油の移動量を調整可能としたラツチ
ングアクシヨン調整弁を設けると共に前記第2油
通路に、ピストンが、扉全開角度位置から所定の
閉扉角度位置へ移動する区間において、ピストン
後部室からピストン前部室への作動油の移動量を
調整可能としたデイレードアクシヨン調整弁を設
けた請求項1記載のフロアーヒンジの油圧制御機
