密閉キヤビネツトに収納し、同キヤビネツトに対
して冷凍機のサイクル中を循環する冷媒の一部又
は、冷凍機により冷却された冷却媒体の一部を導
くと共にパワーアンプ冷却後の前記冷媒又は冷却
媒体を適宜処理する冷却系を設けたことを特徴と
