して成る冷凍サイクルと、前記凝縮器に対して冷却水を
循環させる冷却水循環ポンプと、前記凝縮器への冷却水
往路配管に設けられた第１比例弁と、この第１比例弁の
入水側における冷却水往路配管と前記凝縮器からの冷却
水復路配管との間に設けられた冷却水バイパス管と、こ
の冷却、　　水バイパス管に設けられた第２比例弁と、
前記第１比例弁および第２比例弁の開度を凝縮圧力に応
じて互いに反比例して制御する制御手段とを具備したこ
