Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 液体の接触、非接触によつて漏洩光量が変化
するようにした液体センサを、光フアイバの長手
方向の複数個所に設けてなる液体検出系統と、所
定の液体センサに併設され、２種以上の液体夫々
が付着した際に適当な挿入損失が生じる様な角度
で屈曲された複数組の光導波路を有し、前記屈曲
部に対する前記液体の接触、非接触によつて屈曲
部で光に所定の挿入損失を生じたことを検知し、
付着液体を識別する液体識別センサを備える液体
識別系統と、前記液体検出系統、液体識別系統の
検出データに基づいて液体の存否及び液体の識別
を行う演算処理部とを具備することを特徴とする
液体検出装置。 ２ 液体センサは、光フアイバの湾曲部における
頂点でコアを平坦面の状態で薄い保護層を介して
露出させ、該平坦面に対する液体の接触、非接触
によつて液体の存否を検知するごとく構成されて
なる請求項１記載の液体検出装置。
