3を一体に突設し、各フック部3に端子4の水平部4A
を圧入係止して端子4を鍔2に取り付け、この後ボビン
本体lの筒部5にコイル壱線6を巻装し、このコイル巻
線6の巻き始めと巻き終わりの端末を前記端子4の短寸
の垂直部4Bに巻き付けて半田付けしてなるものである
。図中4Cは外部と接続するための端子4の長寸の垂直
部、7はコイルS線6の端末を端子4に案内するための
鍔2の周縁に形成された溝である. 第10図及び第1)図は上記コイルボビン8を車速等の
回転を検出する回転検出装置に用いた例を示しており、
同図において9は例えばトランスコンシッン側に固定さ
れる金属製の筒状ケースであり、このケース9には軸受
10を介してトランスミッションの回転が伝達される回
転軸1lが支承されている。12はケース9内に位置し
て回転軸l1に固定されたマグネントであり、この円周
方向には複数のN極と複数のS極とが交互に着磁されて
いる。13は樹脂モールド部14によりモールドされた
検出部であり、ケース9内に配設されている。この検出
部13はコイルボビン8と、第1.第2のヨーク15,
l6とから構成されている。第1のヨークl5は平坦部
15Aと周側面部15Bとによりケース状をなし、周側
面部15Bの周端縁にはマグネットl2のS極,N極の
一方の磁極に対応する複数の腕杆15Cが等間隔に延設
され、前記平坦部15Aには凹部l5Dが形成されてお
り、第1のヨーク15のケース状部をコイルボビン8に
端子4側から外嵌装し前記凹部15Dをボビン本体1の
筒部5に嵌入し腕杆15Cはマグネット12の周側部に
達している。第2のヨークl6は平坦部16Aの周縁部
にマグネソトl2の他方の磁極に対応する複数の脚杆1
6Bが等間隔に延設され、前記平坦部16Aには凸部1
6Gが形成されており、第2のヨーク16の平坦部16
Aを端子4を有しない側の鍔2に当接し、凸部16cを
筒部5に嵌入し、脚杆16Bを第1のヨーク15の腕杆
15C間に配置した状態で前記凹部l5と凸部16Cと
を衝合しスポソト溶接にて結合している。この状態で磁
束は腕杆15C、周側面部15B、平坦部15A、凹部
l5D1凸部16C1平坦部16A1脚杆16Bを通っ
て流れ、トランスミッシッンの回転が回転軸3に伝達さ
れ、マグネフ目20回転による磁極の変化がコイル壱線
6に流れる励磁電流の変化として検出され端子4から車
速パルスとして出力される。この場合、第1,第2のヨ
