れる。このとき該フリンガーAの設置される位置
は、ハウジング3の外側面の外部に露出する端面
に対して該凸出環部7頂面が回転軸方向に同一面
上かまたは僅かに奥まつた位置に配置すると泥水
の付着を少量として振り切り効果を高められるの
で好ましい位置となる。
