Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent a poor contact by swaying an electrode installing member against the pressing force of a pressing means to separate a connecting terminal and a terminal pressing member so as to insert and position a sheet-form electrode, and holding the sheet-form electrode with the connecting terminal and the terminal pressing member by the function of the pressing member after installing the electrode. CONSTITUTION:By pushing a slip preventive part 23 of an electrode installing member 20 in the direction of the arrow A with a finger or the like, the installing member 20 is swayed making a rotary shaft 27 as the fulcrum, and the front part 21 is separated from a fixing member 12. By sliding the electrode installing member 20 to the rear side in such a condition, a projection piece 22 is inserted to the installing hole 13 of a connector base body 10, and such a condition is maintained even though the finger or the like is removed. As a result, the connecting terminal 51 of a sheet-form electrode 50 can be positioned to the position of a sheet-form electrode contact terminal 16 easily. Consequently, a poor contact can be prevented.

The sheet-like electrode constructed as described above can be bent freely and easily attached to a desired location on the subject. Moreover, since the flexible substrate having a predetermined width is used between the electrode section and the connector section, entanglement of the electrodes does not occur as would occur when the electrodes are connected using wires or the like. Furthermore, since the shape corresponds to the mounting position, the mounting work is facilitated, so it is very easy to use.

[Problem to be Solved by the Invention 1] However, if the connection connector conductive pattern at the base of the sheet electrode and the conductive pattern contact piece are slid, so to speak, each time the sheet electrode is connected to the connector, the conductivity of both contact parts will be reduced. Contact defects often occurred due to the contact parts peeling off due to wear, or the surface becoming uneven.

Furthermore, the conductive pattern contact piece was initially in pressure contact with the conductive pattern due to its own elastic force, but its elastic force gradually decreased and the contact pressure decreased until it became a constant conductive pattern. Situations where the parts did not come into contact began to occur, resulting in poor contact.

Since the electrode locking member 20 is in a state in which it is slidably locked in the cutout portion of the fixed member 12 by a rotary shaft 27 that is supported by an arm 28 across the upper surface of the fixed member 12, the electrode locking member 20 20 can be easily slid rearward while being pressed slightly against the upper surface of the fixing member 12.

Next, the electrode locking member 20 is slid forward as shown by arrow B in FIG. 3 while the anti-slip portion 23 is pressed against the upper surface of the fixing member 12 with a finger or the like. When the tip is slid to the frontmost part, the ferromagnetic material 25 of the tip 21 is positioned exactly opposite the magnet 15, and the electrode pressing terminal 26 is positioned exactly opposite the sheet-like electrode contact terminal 16. be done. Therefore, if you let go of your finger, etc. that was pressing at this point, the magnet 1
The tip 21 of the electrode locking member 20 is attached to the fixing member 1 by the magnetic force of 5.
They are pressed in two directions, and the electrode pressing terminal 26 is in a state in which the base of the sheet-like electrode is pressed against the sheet-like electrode contact terminal 16. Therefore, the connection terminal 51 of the sheet-like electrode 50 and the sheet-like electrode contact terminal 16 can maintain a good connection state.

To remove the sheet-like electrode 50 from the connector of this embodiment connected as described above, push the anti-slip portion 23 toward the fixing member 12 and insert the tip 21 into the connector base portion 10.

As explained above, according to this embodiment, the contact terminal portion of the connector and the connection terminal portion of the sheet electrode are kept free from each other when the sheet electrode is attached or removed. Can be done. Therefore, there is no possibility that the connection terminal portion of the sheet-like electrode slides on the contact terminal portion of the connector and damages the mutual contact surfaces, thereby causing a contact failure.

[Other Embodiments] In the above explanation, an example was explained in which the electrode locking member 20 was configured to be able to freely slide rearward. Even if the connector part and the sheet-shaped electrode part are only separated from each other, the contact surfaces of the connector part and the sheet-shaped electrode part may rub against each other at the time of insertion and removal, resulting in damage, poor contact, and the sheet-shaped electrode part due to the difficulty of insertion. Bending of the electrode base can be effectively prevented.

When attaching the sheet electrode 50 or the like, the tip 121 is separated from the fixing member 112 by pressing the anti-slip member 123 toward the connector base portion 110.
The electrode pressing terminal 126 and the sheet-like electrode contact terminal 116 can be separated from each other. The sheet-like electrode 50 is inserted between the separated sheet-like electrode contact terminals 116.
The connecting terminal portion 51 of the sheet-like electrode 50 is positioned at this position. Then, by opening the anti-slip part 123,
Due to the action of the spring 130, the connection terminal 51 of the sheet-like electrode can be pressed into contact with the sheet-like electrode contact terminal 116 by the electrode pressing terminal 126, and can be fixed to the connector portion while maintaining a good contact state.

Further, the means for pressing the electrode locking member toward the fixed member is not limited to the magnetic force of a magnet or the spring force of a spring member, but any means can be used as long as it maintains both members in a pressed state with a constant pressure. You can take the following measures. For example, it may be a mechanism that includes a locking means that can lock the electrode locking member in a pressed state and maintains the pressed state with a finger or the like.
