For example, as automobiles become more sophisticated, it is desired to improve the vibration characteristics of seat cushions. Although the relationship between vehicle body vibration and humans is not uniform, there are frequency ranges to which humans are particularly sensitive (for example, 4 to 8)1
It has been proposed that increasing the damping of z or 6 to 201 (referred to as z) is effective in improving ride comfort. Therefore, if a seat cushion can be constructed from a polyurethane elastic foam having a resonance frequency lower than this frequency range, it is thought that the ride comfort of an automobile will be significantly improved. However, conventionally, the resonant frequency was 4.
Polyurethane elastic foams below Hz were not known.

However, in recent years, the use of R-11 has been restricted due to the risk of destroying the ozone layer. Therefore, it is desired to produce polyurethane foam without using R-11 or with a reduced amount of R-11.

In this manufacturing method,
A monool having an unsaturated group is produced as a by-product, and the amount of the unsaturated monol produced increases as the molecular weight of the polyol increases (the hydroxyl value decreases). In polyoxyalkylene polyols having a hydroxyl value of about 56, which are widely used as raw materials for polyurethane elastic foams, the presence of this unsaturated monool was not so large as to pose a problem. However, in polyoxyalkylene polyols with lower hydroxyl values used as raw materials for polyurethane elastomers, the presence of these unsaturated monools may pose a problem. For example, hydroxyl value 34
The total degree of unsaturation is usually 0.1 meq/g or more for polyoxyalkylene polyols of about 100 to 100 g. Furthermore, even if an attempt was made to produce a polyoxyalkylene polyol with a low hydroxyl value using an alkali catalyst, it was practically impossible because the total degree of unsaturation would become significantly high.

In addition to being able to suppress the problems encountered when using foam (decreased hardness, decreased impact resilience, worsened compression set, decreased curing properties during foam molding), it also has excellent vibration damping properties.

The polyol that is the matrix of the polymer-dispersed polyol needs to be the aforementioned polyoxyalkylene polyol. Polymer-dispersed polyol is a dispersion in which fine polymer particles are stably dispersed in this matrix, and examples of the polymer include addition polymers and condensation polymers. Polymer dispersed polyols in which the matrix is a conventional polyol are known and widely used as polyurethane elastic foam polyols. The polymer-dispersed polyol in the present invention can be produced by a conventional method using the polyoxyalkylene polyol as a matrix. Also, relatively small amounts of conventionally known polymer-dispersed polyols may be added to the polyoxyalkylene polyol. In this case, a small amount of the matrix polyol of the conventional polymer-dispersed polyol is added to the polyoxyalkylene polyol, but even in that case, the relationship between the hydroxyl value and total unsaturation of the polyoxyalkylene polyol is satisfied on average. It is necessary that the As described above, the polyoxyalkylene polyol that is the matrix of the polymer-dispersed polyol in the present invention must meet the same requirements as described above (such as the relationship between the hydroxyl value and the total degree of unsaturation).

Consists of condensation polymers such as melamine resin. Due to the presence of the polymer fine particles, the hydroxyl value of the entire polymer-dispersed polyol is generally lower than that of the matrix polyol. Therefore, the overall hydroxyl value of the polymer-dispersed polyol having the polyoxyalkylene polyol as a matrix is preferably from 5 to 38 or less, particularly preferably from 5 to 28 or less.

It is as follows. The amount of polymer fine particles does not need to be particularly large, and even if it is too large, there is no disadvantage other than from an economic point of view. In most cases, 20 wt% or less is sufficiently effective. Although the presence of polymer fine particles in the polyoxyalkylene polyol is not necessarily essential, their presence is effective in improving the hardness, air permeability, and other physical properties of the foam. Therefore, the polymer fine particles are at least 0.1 wt%

Other examples include reaction between isocyanate groups such as carboxylic acid metal salts, polyester polyols, the above-mentioned high molecular weight, low unsaturation polyoxyalkylene polyols, and mixtures of two or more thereof. The polycarboxylic acid may be used in combination with a polyol in an excess equivalent amount, or the two may be reacted together beforehand. Diols and triols with a molecular weight of 400 to 1500 are suitable as relatively low molecular weight polyoxyalkylene polyols.
The degree of unsaturation may be 007 or less. As the polycarboxylic acid, aliphatic or aromatic dicarboxylic acids having 4 to 8 carbon atoms are suitable.

In some cases, R11, R-12 (difluorodichloromethane), R-1282 (difluorodibromomethane), halogenated hydrocarbons such as methylene chloride, butane, hexane, air, nitrogen, etc. are used. The aqueous blowing agent refers to water itself or a compound that generates water when reacting with a hydrated substance. A low-boiling halogenated hydrocarbon can be used together with an aqueous blowing agent as a blowing agent.

Therefore, the amount of the polyisocyanate compound to be used is based on the sum of the high molecular weight polyol and the low molecular weight polyfunctional compound plus the water-based blowing agent, and the amount is 0.8 to 1.0. Preferably, 3 equivalents are used. 100 of the number of equivalents of this polyisocyanate compound
The ratio is usually called the (isocyanate) index. Therefore, the index of the polyisocyanate compound is preferably 80 to 130.

Each polyol was prepared by using a polyoxypropylene polyol with a molecular weight of 400 to 600 as an initiator, adding propylene oxide using a zinc hexacyanocopartate complex as a catalyst, and then adding ethylene oxide using an alkali catalyst after deactivating the catalyst. It is produced by adding and then purifying to remove the catalyst component. Table 1 shows the name of the polyoxyalkylene polyol obtained, the number of hydroxyl groups (N), hydroxyl value (X), oxyethylene group content (EO), and total unsaturation degree (Y) of the polyoxyalkylene polyol.
