Abstract

A wrist watch comprises a watch case (1) and a watch band (2). The watch case includes a pair of securing recesses (1C) on opposite sides of the case frame (1A) and a pair of attachment pins (5) mounted in the recesses. The watch band includes an attaching link (10) on each end thereof for engagement with the corresponding attachment pin. The watch case and the watch band are formed by casting, sintering or powder moulding. A securing plate (13) is secured to a lower surface (10A) of the attaching link (10) so that the respective attachment pin (5) is clamped between the securing plate (13) and the attachment link. The lower surface (10A) of each attaching link is provided with a pin groove (11) for receiving the respective attachment pin (5). A screw (14) is provided for fastening the securing plate to the attaching link (10). <IMAGE>
