One purpose of this is to prevent cracks and twisting that occur when mirrors are stacked in multiple stages, and as shown in FIG.
1 is made of a cushioning material such as cardboard or styrofoam, and recesses 53 are provided on the two opposing sides of the protective frame 52 on both the front and back sides. The mirror 50 is supported by a belt 54 that passes through the recesses 53. The configuration is such that it is possible to do so.

With this packaging, even if the protective frames 52 are stacked in multiple stages,
The thick portion of the protective frame 52 receives the weight applied in the vertical direction, and prevents pressure from being applied to the edge of the mirror 50, thereby preventing it from cracking or twisting.

Therefore, when loading the mirror 50 into a vehicle after packaging, the protection of the mirror 50 at the opening 51 is incomplete, and there is a risk that the mirror 50 may come into contact with transportation and loading equipment and be damaged.

Further, since the mirror 50 is not completely covered, protection against moisture is insufficient, and the reflective layer on the back surface may peel off, which may reduce the product value.

Furthermore, when a mirror or the like is shipped from a factory to the market, it is preferable to include its mounting tools in the package, but there is also a problem in that this is not possible with only the protective frame 52.

The present invention includes a frame-shaped wooden frame surrounding the edge of a plate glass material, a cardboard bottom plate and a lid plate that cover both the upper and lower sides of the frame to form a storage space inside, and The transport container is equipped with cardboard buffer plates superimposed on both the front and back surfaces of the plate glass material to be housed, wherein the width of the inner peripheral wall of the wooden frame is made larger than that of the plate glass material, and the storage space of the frame body is A dividing plate partitioning into a first storage area and a second storage area for accessory parts having approximately the same width as the plate glass material is fixed on the bottom plate, and is opposed to the dividing plate in the second storage area. A spacer made of cardboard is interposed between the inner periphery of the frame, and the bottom plate and the lid plate are fixed to the frame with adhesive tape to seal the storage space.

The glass plates and their accessories are separated and packed into their respective storage sections by the dividing plates. Then, the dividing plate is arranged so that the first storage part is aligned with the frontage of the glass sheet, so the glass sheet can be divided into three adjacent
One side hits the inner periphery of the frame and the other side hits the dividing plate, and the cardboard spacer provided in the second storage part buffers the load of the glass plate material applied to the dividing plate. Therefore, not only can the glass plates and accessories be separated and packaged, but the glass plates are particularly prevented from being cracked or having edges chipped due to buffering and holding by the dividing plates.

This example shows the case of packing one mirror 1,
Reference numeral 2 denotes a frame-like frame whose opening dimension in at least one direction is larger than the width or height of the mirror 1; 3 and 4 denote a bottom plate and a lid plate disposed on the lower and upper surfaces of the frame 2, respectively; 5; is a buffer plate disposed between the mirror 1, the bottom plate 3, and the cover plate 4.

Further, numeral 7 denotes a dividing plate disposed between the inner edge of the mirror 1 and the frame 2 via a spacer 8 made of three-layered corrugated cardboard, and is made of double-sided corrugated cardboard like the buffer plate 5. This dividing plate 7 allows the inside of the frame 2 to be divided into a first storage part 9 for the mirror 1 and a second storage part 9 for storing a bag 11 containing metal fittings for fixing the mirror 1 to a wall surface, etc., and a bag body 11 containing an instruction manual, etc. A storage section 10 is formed.

The procedure for packing the mirror 1 using the above-mentioned packing materials is to first integrate the bottom plate 3 with the lower surface of the frame 2 using adhesive tape 12,
A spacer 8 and a dividing plate 7 are fixed to the upper surface of the bottom plate 3 to form first and second storage parts 9 and 10.

Next, the two lower buffer plates 5 are superimposed and placed on the bottom plate 3, and the mirror 1 covered with paper 13 is set on the buffer plate 5. Then, after arranging the two upper buffer plates 5, the lid plate 4 is placed on the upper surface of the frame 2, and its periphery is fixed to the frame 2 with adhesive tape 12, thereby completing the packaging.

In the above-mentioned packaging form, the entire mirror 1 is hermetically covered and both the front and back sides are protected by the buffer plate 5, so that cracking and damage due to impact during transportation can be prevented and the mirror 1 can be transported safely. And dividing plate 7
is arranged along one side of the mirror 1 and is supported in the frontage direction by a spacer 8 made of cardboard, so that the dividing plate 8 elastically supports one side of the mirror 1. Therefore, even if an impact is applied during the transportation process, the dividing plate 8 absorbs the impact and prevents cracking or chipping of the edges.

Furthermore, by providing the second storage section 10, installation can be carried out immediately without losing any mounting tools etc. when unpacking on site. Since the packaging materials are only wood and paper, it is much easier to incinerate it after construction compared to conventional packaging materials that include cushioning materials such as styrofoam.

Although the above example describes the packaging of a single mirror, it can also be used to package architectural glass plates, and it can also be used to package multiple mirrors by appropriately arranging the buffer plates 5 between the mirrors. Of course, it is also possible to package it in a polymerized state.

This invention allows glass plates to be transported safely without cracking or damage due to impact during transport, while keeping moisture out.Furthermore, since wood and cardboard are used as packing materials, the work is lightweight and easy. It is very easy to dispose of, and disposal can be done by incineration, etc. Further, by arranging the dividing plate, the mirror and its accessories can be organized and packed, and since the dividing plate can be used together with the spacer as a cushioning material for the mirror, the mirror can be transported safely.
